Penhaligon’s Petra & Maison Crevelli’s Ingredients sound very exciting. Thanks for qualifying some of the new releases that you gave a pass to. I tried Kurkdjian’s newest 724 release from his eponymous house and was sorely disappointed. I expect a lot more from MFK.

I will try the Penhaligon’s Petra and the Ingédients from Crivelli. Glad to hear your opinions on the oud Guerlains! I need to sample all three apparently. This one new RUclipsr Sharida is raving about the cherry oud. But I like mine skanky so might I like the Khol? Or the nude? I will try to try all three before understanding my own reactions. I am a challenging scents lady so...
I have a vague memory of trying a fragrance maison sybarite a while ago back in a perfume store called Bloom in London but can’t remember what it was. I’ll have to revisit the brand. For the Guerlains if you like your oud skanky then the khôl one is probably the one you’ll like the most!
Strangely enough my favorite is Fame from Pacco Rabanne. I didn't expect this at all. Did not like the bottle either but once I tried in the department store this one stood out among many other new or old releases. On my skin this dreamy creamy mango yogurt deliciousness stays 8+ hours. Creamy sandalwood gets more prominent and strengthens mango even more. I think it didn't work with your skin chemistry. I would suggest anyone to try out on their skin. 30ml bottle is a glass bottle without those sequence 😁 I bought that one and wear every day. Fits so many occasions and imagine wearing this all year around. Nothing impressed me for a long time as much as this one 😄

@@karlienrust485 this is longer lasting on me than baccarat rouge which is considered one of the strongest parfum. Apparently parfums react differently for each body chemistry. That's why they are very personal matter.

Hi! I always wear the same red lipstick - the lightning I guess affects the tone. As for the nails I do change colors quite frequently. Maybe I could talk about beauty in a general monthly favs video?

Would love a suggestion to layer Sherzo with. I originally fell in love at first sniff! I LOVE supporting clean beauty lines. But now I mainly smell the rose and would like to tone that down a bit … I don’t know what happened. Still looove the dry down but that magical first sniff is now predominantly “rose”

I’m enjoying Myrica Muse from Miller Harris but paired with Peau Santal. I also bought Fame due to its mango notes and as you described the dried down is a sweet mess😅. Tried MFK 724 in selfridges - as you described it, really long lasting. Thanks for this great review, I’ll soon try the new Dior j adore

I bought j’adore 2022 and is incredible beautiful, smells so delicate/feminine, leaves my skin soft , last many hours on my skin. I just wore it in the mall and a beautiful woman stopped me and asked me what a beautiful delicate, creamy parfumé I’m wearing? I’m very happy that I bought j’adore 2022
I love how you say saffron is in the fragrance, and not oh it smells like BR540. These other youtubers are always mentioning BR540, instead of saying the perfume has saffron and ambroxan in it.
Aesop - Eidesis is similar to Serge Lutens - Santal majuscule too, both are beautiful sandalwood fragrances.
The white bottle Jadore smell 100% same as Pantene shampoo or conditioner. It’s really identical. I was so disappointed. 😢 by the way Can you review Mind Games fragrance ? It’s new USA brand. I am so curious your thoughts ❤
I absolutely love Soleil Passion by Micallef. I get marine note but it’s not fishy more like salty water, sea shore on sunny day vibe. Thank you for an awesome review!

salut Joséphine, smelled Cherry Oud and as you said you smell more of the rose than the cherry. I like to have some of the fragrances of this collection because Guerlain is a quality brand but when I saw the +500 CHF price tag I murmured DAMN !! and immediately left the perimeter ! some perfume brands are really jacking up the prices. Tom Ford is one of them
Is oud nude for summer good?
I tried the Cherry Oud from Guerlain it really didn’t move me, I really adore the Rose Cherie. I got a sample of Oud Nude, Spiritueuse Double Vanille and Tonka Imperial. I am torn between the SDV and the Oud Nude with slight affections for Tonka Imperial.

J’ai bcp aimé fame également, surtout l’ouverture, il me fait penser à de la glace mochi à la mangue. C’est pas transcendant mais plaisant 😊
Et le 724 je suis déçue, oui il est frais, oui le musc arrive plus tard et lui donne un côté doux, enveloppant mais j’en attendais plus de Francis 😂

Love Oud Nude, took this one home😀. The Cherry Oud was too strong, so it was a pass for me. They didn't have Oud Khol when I went to try these fragrances in store.
There was a designer perfume back in the late 80’s early 90’s which was alcohol free, I had it but I can’t remember. It may have been LouLou? I bough your favourite Miller Harris perfume recently and the retailer I purchase from sprays fragrance in their parcels to give you a beautiful experience and they used Crystal Saffron and it was amazing, I straight away felt I would need to grab it.

Nude oud? … like the name… Guerlain have imprinted in my mind since my mother wear quite a bit of Shalimar in her days . Recently here in US : Guerlain have been very commercial active on their new line. But this video have answered my curiosity. Thanks in a million. As always: love your reviews.

I received two samples from M.Micallef, Soleil Passion and Spiritual. Preferred the scent of Spiritual over the scent of Soleil Passion.

I added one or two sprays of myrica muse to peau santal and it created a fragrance I quite enjoyed, a fruity twist of peau santal, but I can’t justify buying a whole bottle of it as I wouldn’t use it alone.

When I smelled Legacy of Petra, I also told the sales associate that it reminded me of Angels' Share. Looove it. There's room for both in my collection😀.

I couldn’t agree more I love Burberry her elixir it’s amazing. The new J’adore is amazing it lasts a long time on me as well so fresh and that bottle so pretty 💕 great video I love watching you. I have fame as well and you are right it draws you 🥰 in but like you said the drydown is not groundbreaking😊

Good question… I haven’t compared the two directly but from memory they’re different. I wasn’t too bothered with Oceania but 724 made more of an impact. Very personal though
Would you able to recommend a similiar fragrance to Organza by Givenchy? I used to love it but it would also give me a headache lol. Looking for something similiar but a bit lighter.
The new reformulated Organza version is much lighter.

I'm really bothered by marine fragrances that have an overdose of Calone too. They don't smell fishy to me, just very synthetic salty tacky British seaside rather than an elegant and beautiful sea breeze. It really tends to overpower.
As for 724 from MFK. I'm good, I've got my beloved Petit Matin, which I think is underrated.

Hey, I need help from all of you people who are proficient in perfume. Lately a lot of perfumes I wear or try turn screechy on me. 🤔 Kind of sour and annoying. It's very very prominent and it really bothers me. Perfumes I have been wearing and trying are Coco Mademoiselle EDT (not as much as following perfumes), Cloud by AG, Idole by Lancome, Acqua di Gioia, Prada Paradox. Can anyone tell me what notes in perfume smell screechy? I can't enjoy them anymore.😭

I actually have both libre intense and libre la parfum and i prefer the la parfum. If you already have the intense dont buy the la parfum but if you dont have any of them or almost out of the intense get the la parfum. Its richer and deeper, i think maybe because of the honey. Also longevity is amazing!!! (The intense also has amazing longevity but the la parfum even better). Really great perfume of autum and winter, one of my fav now.

Agreed, I didn't care for the other Libres, but the Le Parfum had me head over heals in love at first sniff😍.
I like the libre intense I believe, but the medicinal dry down is a turn off for me. Maybe it only me that feel like at the end you have the scent of some kind of drugs like antibiotics etc

I had to pass on the Elixir, it was like Splenda to my nose, like an after taste and that was not a good experience. A hard pass for me. I love the sweetness in Libre Le Parfum and I have all 😁. I love 724, I received a sample.

The only difference of opinion I have is regarding YSL Libre Le Perfum vs. Intense. I find Le Perfum the most feminine and intoxicating version. Perhaps because the lavender is taking more of a backseat, perhaps? I get an after-shave vibe from the others, but this one! Omg!

Hi. J'ai bien envie de découvrir le nouveau Her Elixir 😊. Comme toi j'ai été déçue par l'évolution et la tenue de Fame car j'aime beaucoup l'ouverture du parfum. J'aurais aimé tester Ingredients malheureusement il n'est pas possible d'acheter un échantillon sur le site🤨. En ce qui concerne M.Micallef "Soleil Passion" je suis contente de constater que je ne suis pas la seule à ne pas aimer ce jus. Je ne cesse de le tester et à chaque fois il y a vraiment quelque chose que je n'aime pas du tout dans ce parfum😮💨. Je suis pour ma part à la recherche d'un beau parfum au caramel qui ne serait pas trop sucré ni synthétique mais chaud et sensuel .....
Nous somme pas seules alors! En ce qui concerne un bon caramel… essaye Seta de Moresque. Beaucoup de myrrh, bois de santal, vanilla et très beau. Ce parfum a une certaine légèreté, très joli
