Unfortunately Gossip is not an easy thing to assess. If you are enquiring about a particular person due to a genuine concern about their health both personal or wellbeing that’s not gossip, but I have been victim blaming for this. I find the accuser of labelling a person as a Gossip usually is the most gossipy person and the one to avoid. You can’t just not engage or enquire about others or you will appear aloof or self absorbed! Very hard to navigate this one.
