Im gunna build one. Modifying the design of an mp 40 trigger and bolt. With a ppsh or a soumi kp31 idk if ill go 7.62x25 or 9mm but it should be a fun build

PPSh drums are not interchangable with those of the PPD, those have a protrusion up to the feed lips.

Idk what could be used to create the trunion and end cap. But i could use sks and mosin m91 sights.
