I have a 2001 kingquad 300. Voltage at battery not running is 12.33dc. Running and revving engine voltage drops to 10.4vdc. I just checked my stator based on your videos and it’s good. I’m pretty certain my voltage regulator/ rectifier is bad. Thanks for your videos
Hey Joe, if your stator tests fine it is either wiring or voltage regulator. I would 100% lean on the regultor.
Hey super helpful information. Did a engine swap from a 99 to a 2002 engine 99 had 6 pin 2002 had 8 pin. Switched wiring harness but could not find a 32900-19BB0 cdi as it did not come with it. I was told a 8 pin ltf 250 Ozark would work. Still not getting spark. Hoping your diagnostics will help. Do you think the Ozark would work? Thanks
Hey sorry, i really am not sure i will admit! I would have to cross reference cdi part#s from a king vs ozark.
Hey te Ozark ltf 250 cdi does work in place of the32900- 19bb0. I just had a start saftey switch going to ground. Hard to come by the 19bb0 and Ozark are available if u havve 8 pin cdi. Thanks

I've seen that the carbs are garbage. just wondering about ignition/charging components. I can't diagnose anything, the machine is 2000 miles from me so I just plan on going there with everything I could possibly need. Bike got dunked in a lake for about 20 minutes a few years back:/
Hey Jamie, ignition parts i would trust aftermarket but would nut suspect yours to be bad as they are usually good after a little dunk. But as they were sitting a number of years that is another story.... Just my 2 cents
@@Schneids15 trying to figure out why my king quad dies when I unhook the battery and it’s not charging but everything checks out to be good I followed your videos and checked it . Have any suggestions?
Mine wouldn’t run without a battery. 12.32vdc engine off. When revving voltage would drop to 10.4vdc. Once battery drains or gets too weak it won’t run. Will not pull start with battery. I’ve eliminated the stator based on the videos. Turns out to be rectifier/ regulator.
