These are a fine looking product and something I need bad is new mirror on my everyday driver, but it’s a fine old 89 Ford F-250 so no wires to worry about in it. They have full manual options as well. Potentially a newer style mirror could fit in ur truck as well for better visibility while still being a simple no wire install.

Do your speakers sound any different being on the door panel instead of inside the door? I have thought about doing that just didn't know if it makes a difference?
I think they sound better. The overall resonance seems to be clearer since it’s not as sunk into the door but it still used the door as a speaker box. It’s also been so long that I’ve been listening to this same set of speakers (2014) I don’t exactly recall what inside the panel sounds like. Went from stock to these big upgraded units. Louder and clearer then I’d ever care to listen to it.

Love the truck man by the way do you know if these work if you don’t have powered windows?
You would have to get the wired switch option so you can operate the power fold function.
The running light/turn signals have dedicated wires and you can option them with all that but no power adjust/heated glass I believe.

So for the white led running lights I need to order the switchbacks?
You can get just the white running light if you want. Switch back does both running and turn signal.
@@superdwarf are all of the bulbs in the switchbacks replaceable or are the lights part of the light housing? Just wondering in case they were to burn out. Also if you don’t go with switchbacks, do you just replace the amber bulb with white led for running lights I’m guessing?
@@brendenwestphal1571 the outter factory located bulb is replaceable with either amber or switch back.
The halo around the projector is diode dynamics & it’s pretty permanently affixed in there.
I could ruin the headlights and get just that out but generally speaking they are what they are.
How are these holding up?
Other than freezing up when it’s in the negatives like my amp steps like to do and is totally expected from such accessories they have been 100% in the function and structurally sound department.
Switch backs have never skipped a beat and I use the power fold function pretty often.
Heated functions always worked reliably as well.
They will go on any 2g I own here on out for sure.
