If they made such decorations which could endangered anyone they should take safety precautions like putting barrier & warning notices around the decorations to prevent anyone from getting close to it, this could prevent future accident, unless there some who want to risk their safety by trespassing inside the restricted area just for taking selfie/picture🤷
