Being serious though . My dad owned 2 of these . I aim to have one myself. Every time I see a video of a 72 , the water works start. I really miss my dad . I truly love Chevelle's . AUTOTOPIA , you have my attention and support .

I have a 72 that my dad and I built. Sentimental to me for sure. Beyond sentimental.
Major Wilkes Jr. my dad had a 67. Chevelle SS 396 with a four speed. He sold it when mom was pregnant with me for some reason. I personally would have aborted me to keep that car. But who knew the future back then. I would love to find one that I could afford to give to him

I remember as a kid, I was visiting a friend where we played around like boys does. When all of the sudden this insane roar from to motors suddenly appeared. I looked out the window and at the light section there were two Chevelle's with drag tires holding there side by side, revving at the red light, waiting to go green. One in black, one in red. That's the first time ever I knew how these beasts can roar. And they have always bin on my top 10 of all cars ever. They are just build for blasting bad ass vibes into the world, for everyone never to forget! GOTTA love 'em!
Love everything about it, the stance those skinny tires up front with the fat ones up back is what I always dreamed about having as a little kid

Wow, what a beautiful car. Built with speed and safety. Those tires are almost ridiculously wide, which means perfect. Paint keeps Sally looking stock ( kind of ) and all the motor up front. Powerhouse, torque monster, fuel burning work of art. Finest Chevelle build on the planet. Great workmanship Shawn.💪

That is one badass 70 chevelle. Pro street on top of it. Resto mods and pro touring are cool but nothing beats wide ass rear tires with a 1000+hp big block.

900 horsepower of racing fuel to 1,200 horsepower with Nitrous Oxide is a 25% increase in horsepower by using the Nitrous. That's quite a boost by changing the gas only.
And that's the difference using racing fuel, imagine the difference on regular gas

This guy has a $20,000 shop built big block Chevy, billet valve covers, Lemons headers, a $500+ Kilduff shifter (bad ass shifters, had one on my Firebird until I went manual), and full tilt th400, and 8.5 cert cage, and $1000 in rear tires and this dude is having to dream of one day getting tubular a-arms and drop spindles?!? That to his budget is like a set of spark plugs to my budget! I think you can handle the hit.
I have drop spindles on it, I just haven’t found the control arms I want yet.

@@AutotopiaLA I have an 08GT500. VMP gen1 2.3 TVS, Kooks long tubes, no cats, Flowmaster outlaws. It is crazy loud but I live in FL so no worries or cops being bullies. There is a cop in my neighborhood with an identical GT500 he still has cats but he got the same cat bacs as me.
Sally is really a Sledgehammer. Pretty stout driveline and those tires are outrageous. Sally has a big azz!
