- Pakistani diplomat and Additional Foreign Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Mumtaz Baloch, on being asked if India will be there at SCO heads of govt meet, responded that in the capacity of Chair, Pakistan will extend invitations to all heads of government from SCO member states for the upcoming meeting. She expressed hope and confidence that all members would be represented.
