Mr. Wu actually denied himself a cool popsicle because Rose could not have cold items. He cooks hot healthy, food, soak Rose feet in bath water, work AND build a house too!!

I love how he loves her but her having a popsicle won’t harm her or the baby at all. She shouldn’t deny herself refreshment in the heat, it’s not good for her body.

Despite the fact that he is working in the hot sun and must be very thirsty, Mr. Wu denied himself the joy of a cold popsicle because his wife cannot eat one herself. That brought tears to my eyes

Hello Rose. You must get an extractor fan above your stove ,to prevent the steam and smoke from settling on your walls.
A washing machine for the clothes will also be convenient.
They don’t need the extra expense of a washing machine. Washing machines don’t clean clothes the tumble clothes. They should definitely get a exhaust fan and put metal behind the stove if they install the smoky stove they should probably have a window or put it in a well ventilated area

Such precision and craftsmanship, the house is going to be really delightful to live in. Love that Wu denied himself a much needed ice pop so that Rose wouldn't be tempted to have one, too. And Rose waited until Wu returned to eat with him. They have such a good balance. I really hope they get a diagnosis for whatever is ailing Mei ASAP. Xaiomei is really enjoying cooking with Rose. She takes her work very seriously. The new house is coming together nicely. Slow and steady wins the race.

It is good to build the insulator and heater in this new house. You will not have to wear too many layers of clothes during winter and also the house will not be freezing cold.

Get an extractor fume hood to be positioned over the gas stove to remove any cooking smells outside. Remember an extractor hose needs to be attached to the fume.hood, or position the stove closer to the window.
