PenDrive [QuilMix] - Friday Night Funkin

- I took it upon myself to try and create my first Remix [QuilMix], and what better song to do it for than the amazing PenDrive [Countdown possibly???].
I did my best to stay true to the original, while adding my own little pizzaz to the mix, and before anyone says anything, no I will not be releasing the chart I made for it, as I don't know if I would be allowed too at the moment sine all the assets are from the old PenDrive build.

Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

@@QuilDoesThings tbh in my unprofessional opinion, you should've also added a fading EQ and fruity love filter in there. Makes volume fading sound so much better

1. I think that the character you play as chromatic is way better than the original.
2. I think the song extension really made it better
3. I thought the song was buggin whenever it started
4. I like how you incorporated both the Unused and official pixel sprites.
5. I prefer the OG sonic.exe laugh over the foreign speaking because it fits better.
6. This is just a banger all around
The first time that i've heard this song, i thought "yooo that's a real banger", then i saw it was a remix.
I can say that this remix is one of the remixes that are a 1000x better than the original one.
And to think you did such a great job in your 1st remix is just crazy. You're awesome brother, continue with the good work!

No jumpscare, and no Spanish, just the Kefka laugh. Though I did like the MEGALOVANIA snuck in at 2:44. You think no-one noticed?

Not bad I love it a lot! Though I wanna know the lore behind who is singing against pendrive sonic (idk his name ;-;) But awesome none the less! :D
@@End2495 The one singing against Sonic is just my voice [character], solely bc the original voice didn't vibe with me.
There's no special lore besides Quil booting up a *special* USB sonic game
Originally, the player was Gonzalo, who got the USB from his friend who played the game and died from epilepsy. Countdown starts after the "RIP" screen, I think. That's most likely what it is. So since Quil added his voice, we can assume while sticking to the lore that Gonzalo gave Quil the pendrive.
