1. Achieve the budget, no attrition, team leading.
2. Difference of ABM and MR
MR - Customer is Doctor
ABM - Mr is direct customer (making MR to understand company policies )
3. Responsibility of ABM - fill up the vacancy, team integrity, lead as leader (coming litaracher)
4. More time in de growth area and help MR to grow as per company policy
5. Issue with Stockist resolution.
6. Arrange data and give MR for clarity
7. Product Knowledge
8. Case study - One MR is not performing and 4 are performing and due to him area is dip. (PCPM is higher or lower and extra joint work with MR and making him to develop relationship , reminder cards, detailing , implementation is not happening as sale is less). Motivated MR will make less time allocation.
5. How do u plan ua working days
(PCPM is higher, Need of my presence of MR, as we need to know the core cx with maximum more business as if MR leaves we have to know the core CX)

6. How to control de growth
(PCPM higher with de growth as this will impact much,

1st understand HQ status and last 2 year performance
2nd Know the old Rxer and reason for stoping
3rd read MR mind set and his working style
4th Always trust on basic i.e 12 Dr. calls and 7 chemist call without compromising and in any situation and ensure 100 customer coverage
5th make some good activity with core dr to take big business
6th do morining reminder to convert KOL for your brands
7th Always be inform your planning to MR means advance TP and clear vision for visit
8th if HQ is on 50 K or more sale Plan do to rural cme.rtm etc to create good image and strong relation with customer
9th keep in touch with kol through whatsapp/personeel wishing
10th Keep motivate and teach team for achieveing target and earn incentive
11th good relation with good stockiest for timely payment to company
