I really LOVE modding PS1 games, but I'm struggling quite a bit with Ghidra and PCSX Redux. There aren't too many good tutorials like this one out there. Thank you so much. ❤
You forget to mention about process monitor. This tool allow you to view native calls to Windows API. For example, reading\writing files or using threading synchronization mechanisms like mutex.
Thank you so much because I have been trying to begin with a project about reversing engineering oculus emulator for make vr cheating well better and I didn’t know where to begin but this helped a little
watching this is cool but knowing me a have a full table of cheat engine assualt cube with everthing like health ar ammo submachine ammo and more and localplayer and when i restart the game i change them and it works bc of same offsets
I don’t think Cutter is very good though it might have changed a lot since I last used it, Ghidra is fine as a free option, and IDA has the best decompiler, though it is pay to use
I've noticed when trying to debug Steam games (loading the EXE into X64dbg and running through it) that eventually the program closes, and then Steam launches it. Obviously I can select to attach to the new process, but by that point it's already run through additional code which i missed. Know any ways around this? Like a way to automatically attach to the new process once it launches?
Hello. Can u make video about "How to make hacked client using JNI 1.16.5 on C++" please. There are no tutorials about 1.16.5 clients. U will help me so much :)
@@axxo1337 I saw lots of source codes of JNI clients 1.8.9 and tried to make for 1.16.5, but always I get problems with minecraft crushes or exceptions in assembly code and it make me sad... I can't get answer during few month
@@kerbeng13 No pun intended, but this shouldn't be an issue if you actually understood what was going on. Look, try to follow the series on 1.8.9 without pasting sources and actually understanding what's going on. Then try to do the same for 1.16, but keep in mind that things work differently so you will have to reverse again, and obtain different mappings...
i havent personally messed with that game in a while but i do remember with now defunct exploits such as Synapse and Script-Ware you were able to decompile games using the built in saveinstance() function, there was also a sort of defacto dynamic debugging feature where you could log network requests ingame (RemoteEvents). however when it comes to the current cheat ecosystem in ROBLOX, that i could not tell you about
@@axxo1337 Emulator is definitely an odd choice of words, my point is that the JVM and .NET use the same technology. Both are JIT (or an Emulator in your words). But from my understanding you only call something an Emulator, if you are emulating foreign hardware.

I don’t know nor really care about reverse engineering before watching this, this sounds interesting asf.
Glad I made you discover this amazing field!
then learn it
Great information in less time. Kindly make a playlist for reverse engineering. It will definitely the best course on RUclips.

Yes I agree, but personally I mostly use Ghidra and IDA
love you videos!!

My videos should work for any version for the most part. Just apply what you've learned from them to this specific version :)

Can you make a paid course and explain reverse engineering for game hacking in details
I will probably make a Guidedhacking replacement with a course like that in it
You probably shouldn't include Minecraft in the thumbnail as it's already open source

Yes, Java uses something called the JVM which emulates generated bytecode.
