Thank You for all the enlightnment on this guitar. I bought one and now I know it was a good choice for a rookie such as myself. Greetings from Lisboa, Portugal
I have just come across this for sale on the marketplace on facebook. Still in pretty good condition and not bad for the price (my shipping if I were to buy brand new would probably be more than the price). God willing, I'll close the deal soon. Thanks for the review.
For just over €100 you can't go wrong as a starter guitar! Especially considering the pickup, if you want that. Sounds very sweet just for strumming your first chords on. Interested to see how this stacks up against the other beginner acoustics from Epiphone, Harley Benton, etc... #raceto1000
I agree. The pickup system is what makes this guitar recommendable. It's a good guitar, but for the price you can find something better. However the pickup system sounds pretty pretty pretty good! It's not a cheap system in a really affordable guitar. I prefer to play my Harley Benton guitars over this one, but only because I don't need the pickup system in these times haha. If I were to gig with this or the other HB guitar that I did a review on, then I'd pick the Squier hands down 🤗 might compare it with the Harley Benton. They are just about in the same price range 🤷🏼
@@resqgear1918 Yeah, I only have good things to say about Fishman. The other thing about acoustics is: you can get better quality as a beginner if you buy a guitar without a pickup system, because the money is only going into the woods and build... and yeah, right now no one needs a pickup :( Yeah, do the comparison, people love those as it helps them choose what to buy ;)
I bought this one a couple of years ago, just to have an acoustic besides my 3 electric. It’s a good guitar for its price. But the heel on mine has cracked but it’s still ok.
It's a bit quiet to be honest. But for a low budget dreadnought guitar it's not that bad honestly. I never play plugged into an amp, but that's just because I prefer the acoustic sound over the pickups any day! 🤗
That's really a wonderful review. I am planning to go for dis budget semi acoustic fender guitar. To be honest I really like the look and crystal clear sound. But I heard from lot of people stating the bridge comes off while 2-3months after several usage. Please let me know is it true? And also please share your experience.I subscribed your channel too.Good luck
I've had this issue too. The top surrounding the bridge has been bent since i got it (new) and at one point the bridge just lifted off. I got it fixed by a carpenter (no luthiers in my area and the warranty had expired), changed the factory strings to lighter tension ones and tuned the guitar a whole step down. For anyone else considering buying this guitar, i would avoid it, even at this price point.
Hi there! I was wondering if this is good to start off. I’ve been looking into getting into playing but it seems a bit daunting so I was wondering if this kit is good to start
Hi, I have a question about this guitar, before I buy this guitar. It's a dreadnought and I would like to know if it's big, because I've heard that dreadnoughts are a little big bigger than others. I'm 5'4 and maybe it could be to big for me... That would be my first guitar! Could you help me? Thank you :)
Hello! Im 6’3 if it helps you decide! You can also go for a parlor guitar if you are too worried about the size. I don’t know of many smaller guitars in this price range though, so I’m afraid I can’t help you too much 🥲
hello! I have been playing a 30 dollar guitar for more than 5 years, I would like this new guitar, do you recommend it? I also saw a fender fa 125 ce guitar that seems to have the same sound as this squiersa105 I await your response!
I don't feel like i was dissing the guitar :o It's a pretty decent guitar. This particular guitar is a couple of years old and maybe not as good taken care of as i would have treated it. It plays and sounds great, and the pickup system is stellar!
@@resqgear1918 Hi! I have one too and I love the sound. I also have complaints about the tuners ( pretty bad) and that crappy plastic nut. But I love it anyway.
Both make excellent beginner guitars. Fender makes the best affordable one (in my opinion), but if you can afford to through a bit more after a guitar I would suggest a Yamaha. But it really depends on your budget and your preferences!
I would personally not use it if i had played for 5+ years. I would throw some more money at a little more expensive guitar! But it could work in any instance as a main guitar i suppose! :D
Well that depends on what you are looking for. Honestly alot of the guitars in the Harley Benton range are increasingly getting better and better by the day. You wouldn't go wrong with something along the same price range at HB! :D
@@resqgear1918 I had a Harley Benton one and it broke after an accident and now I'm torn between getting this fender one or another HB. Could someone please help me decide? Thanks
I’m totally beginner. I wanna know exactly what’s the best guitar cause this guitar sounds a little buzz . I want a guitar that sounds perfectly clean can u name one ?
Best is relative as it'll factor in your ability to play the instrument, cost and sound quality (which in this case a recorded sounded doesn't really do justice to any instrument). I'm an intermediate player, for the last 3 years, I've been playing this guitar in church combined with a marshal acoustic amp, and at home with a Yahama thr 30 II amp, look no further.
No. Esa guitarra es mala. Aunque sea fender.

What about the strings my brother? You've mentioned that it's D'Addiaro. Can you please be more specific? Cos I have this guitar 😃
Hey my guy! I honestly don't remember.. Just some standard D'Addarios.. I'm guessing some 12-53 phosphor bronze strings but I have no idea 😅😅
No worries, thanks anyway@@resqgear1918
