Love Watching your videos even though the majority doesn't apply to me. I'm 63 and never, ever had a high end wedding here in WV. All the weddings I did barely gave me time to shoot the getting ready shots, let alone try to get there early enough for details like that. About all of them started decorating the venue the day of the wedding.
Thanks Charles! :) Also, I hear you on there never being enough time during the getting ready portion of the day! I have couple tips that might help: 1) I usually ask that the bride have everything (rings, invites, shoes, etc) collected together before I arrive. 2) If possible, arrive about 30mins early to give a bit more time for details. And last, the great thing about having a styling kit (even a simple one) is you can make ANY wedding look more high end. It gives us much more control over creating a desirable end result. :) Hope this helps!

Wow - Ring boxes are expensive!! Beautiful kit! Learned a lot!
Yeah, the name brand ring boxes can add up quickly! There’s lower priced alternatives I linked on Amazon. But I prefer the Mrs & Amonie boxes for the better quality (it’s a noticeable difference) and highly recommend searching used ones. They prob also be running a Black Friday week sale coming up soon. :)

this is freaking brilliant... never thought of a command hook haha I bring a dress mannequin with me because I'm often in some pretty knarly wedding venues but they have pretty gardens. Prevents me from having to hang it from a tree haha
The command hook definitely comes in handy to broaden the potential shooting areas!! But a mannequin sounds really lovely too 😊✨
