Honestly true. I never knew we had people with such artistic nuance and talents in Pakistan. Why don’t we see them directing Pakistani dramas? Pakistani dramas have great acting, and ok plots, but the direction is just so low quality. Obviously with coke studio they have a very high budget to do and implement whatever they want, but I’m sure even with the low budget in Pakistani dramas they can still massively up the quality of production. Our music is already world standard, it’s time our movies and dramas caught up
instead of investing all the budget on expensive and well-known voices, you choose to find some unknown yet wonderful voices and on the visual production, with expensive voices such as Atif Aslam, Rahat etc a good music is grantee, but making a masterpiece out of an unknown voice is an achievement, and zulfi bhai we love you for it
I fell in love with Maanu's songwriting when I first heard his melancholic, and since then, he has only released better and better songs. It's incredible to see him on the biggest stage in Pakistan, finally getting the recognition he deserves.
