11:50 - I actually don't think the loss of status for men is the biggest driver of this stuff. It may be a driver too, but I don't think it's the biggest one. I think it starts with general alienation that exists in modern society that everyone experiences to a degree. There's also the fact that masculinity as a concept has been questioned over time. The things that used to be praised, like being emotionally shut off and overly dominant and all that stuff, are now under discussion. Because as a society we've realized that a lot of those behaviours are actually harmful. Yet at the same time economic circumstances, especially for non-college education white men, have diminished. And there's also the fact that, and research shows this is true, women have a significant advantage in the modern dating space, especially when it comes to dating apps. This isn't a criticism of women, it's just a fact that women tend to be far more selective than men. And yet there are still old norms that exist for men, that a lot of men feel pressure about, to do things like have a lot of sex. And so this is a situation where a bunch of men are alienated, they lack economic opportunity (due to capitalist exploitation) and on top of that they feel romantically frustrated. They feel ashamed of themselves and who they are. And they're still too emotionally shut off to deal with this stuff, so they look for a father figure. And then, again as a product of capitalism, there are men like Andrew Tate. Who offer a very simple solution that resonates with these men. "If you do what I do you'll have money, you'll have women, and you can be proud of yourself and worth something." And so these deep feelings of worthlessness manifest in deeply misogynistic behaviour. Of course, people like Tate are complete conmen. Doing what they do will not make your life better at all or make you" worth" more. But people still fall for it because they're grasping at straws. Obviously this is not true for a majority of men, and everyone's story is different, but I think some version of this is true for a lot of those people.

Hey Vance, stop thinking those thoughts about those couches. C'mon man! Chill dude

U-line...another company that changed their last name
Theo Vonn is a comedian as he tells "crazy" stories that aren't funny, as I am to a superhero because I read comic books. Rogan and all of his crew are all non-funny people.
Is Theo striving to be an even dumber Rogan?
Who the hell is Theo Von? I literally just learned of his existence yesterday.
A Rogan sphere comic
@@burgermind802 Ah. Explains a lot. 😂
Theo is funny. But he is dense as a damn brick
Dude is the biggest hater dude, it's pathetic to watch, shame nobody goes on sams trash show, though he's been doing this 20 yrs plus 🤦
Nobody goes on Sam's show that you would know, but you think Theo von is a worthy guest, so your credibility is in danger.
The simple explanation is he is just not smart. Hmm
Couch guy seems a little less stiff
I wonder if these guys have to go through some sort of prep exercise like opera singers, before a performance? Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti, Do.
