Also what was the easter egg? Just the dude picking up a glove? what's the backstory?

Actually the "Easter egg" was a a thing skate companies were doing for a couple of years which meant that at a certain point in the video if you pressed "play" at a certain point in the video it would take you to a secret hidden clip of footage. I can't remember what footage was hidden at that part of the video though. Blueprint ran this ad campaign leading up to the video taking about the "black glove" and it was a sort of foreshadowing of the black glove being your cue to find hidden footage throughout the video.
