I haven't watched the official trailer, but your choice of music made me forget it was an overlay. Well Done! It seemed a perfect match.
It's nice but not what I expected. Thought it would be more rural and lush. I like the layout and buildings, but the vegetation to me does not match. Does not feel Asian. But still I think this could be my start maps. 😂
Not nearly enough fog shown, unacceptable, cancelling pre-order! 🤣
But seriously, I really like the look of this map so far. Like most Giants maps it's supposed to be a "generic depiction of.." kind if thing and I think they've done a pretty decent job of capturing thet non-specific Asian theme here. At least from a Western perspective.
That tiny pickup truck vehicle reminds me very much of the old Daihatsu Midget or some similar Kei truck. One thing I am curious about is what kinds of other more Asian specific vehicle and equipment brands we might start getting now, both from Giants and modders.

Very nice, but one thing giants have got so wrong is they drive on the left in Japan like we do in the uk

Hutan Pantai is not Japanese. I believe it’s Indonesian. But you are right, I wish traffic was on the left and less English on the buildings and signs.

Whilst the map looks great, why for an Asian based map we're lots of signs in English?
Because it's a mix of multiple Asian countrys.

I don't really know what I was expecting from this map, but it looks fantastic.
Unfortunately as a shipbuilder I'm going to have to pull you up on your powers of ship identification (OK you did question yourself), that looks like a self unloading bulk carrier rather than a container ship. I realise that the folded hatch covers look a little bit like cell guides, but the cranes in between the hatches are a clue. Given that grain is transported in bulk carriers and there appears to be a silo on the dolphin, I should imagine the port will be a grain sell point.

My first map to go to with FS25 definitely. Game comes out 2 days before my 75th birthday and dropping hints constantly to my 3 sons 🤣

The map looks empty, no traffic, Japan is loaded with activity, this map is Barron no pedestrians ? There should be more pedestrians than cars in the city.
Game is still a work in progress, haven't had much traffic or any npc's on any previews yet.

What does Hutan Pantai have to do with Japan? The language is Malaysian, and Japan is Japan. Doesn't make sense yeah?
Edit: Hutan Pantai means beach jungle. Or ocean forest, something to that extent.
I love FS22 but I just can’t get excited over FS25 yet just not feeling it 🫤.
Hoping I will feel different at some point in the future so far, nothing really pushes my buttons. 😞

It's 930 pm in the US, east coast, Virginia. Thank you for the updates. I am looking forward to playing it. I have been sending requests for a console collector's edition. I am really hoping they change their mind.

Ordered the collector's edition the other day :). This map looks very cool.
I am quite excited for this map. I would like to point out the John Deere tractor pulling the red beet harvester did you notice it had a capacity.
The harvester isn't new. It's already in 22 as apart of the premium dlc. The 5000 liter capacity it has isn't as useful as it seems, max yield and it's full in basically a minute.
@@B1az3ikin thank you for the info kind of new to SF 22 I did not realize there was one that had a capacity I've been just using mods to harvest those crops.
This map looks awesome. It looks better then the US map. This will be the map I start on. The only thing I saw that I didn’t like were the duals on the Kubota and why don’t Giants give us actual farms? There’s not one base game map with a decent prebuilt farm. This map would be perfect for tea cultivation.
