0:58 a full page of Zachs is fully visible and the "mentalist" has his finger on the screen off button as he hands it back to him, turning the screen off so that when Baker "scrolls" the screen is off, leaving the names he just claimed to not see exactly as he last saw them...pretty bad camera work if they're trying to sell this trick as legit...the whole "talking to Gronk bit and everything else is to make sure enough time has passed since Baker scrolled that it's feasible the screen has timed out, which he himself mentions "might have happened"...

He locks the phone after he saw who was at the top. Baker “scrolls” without looking. When he unlocks the phone, the same name is at the top.
