I agree with you that True Worship exudes vulnerability and humility but, I biblically disagree with LaTerras ... Masculinity can DEFINITELY exist in Worship...for MEN it's supposed to ... EGO can NOT, yes...but, GOD (YahWeh) is 100% masculine HE is HIM as they say...Literally. HE never loses or leaves masculine frame...Joshua didn't leave Masculinty when he Worshipped GOD saying as for me and my house we shall serve the Lord....David didn't leave Masculine Frame when he danced before the Lord...Jesus didn't lose masculine frame or posture when he was in prayer asking for "the Cup to Pass yet Not my will but, Your will be done." In all those examples Msaculine men stayed masculine but, they died to their Flesh and EGO their spiritual discernment and sensativity didn't take the shape of feminity nor effeminate. I'll NEVER forget making that same vow regarding my mom. One day I found myself in a church where the man of God was obedient and began to pray and rebuke those same vows we made against our mother and father and I began manifesting shaking my head and yelling NO. That part aint funny but ill never forget the way the lady next to me was looking at me 😂😂😂.

It sounds like they weren't aligned nor compatible in certain areas. Bishop Hernandez is right in that sexuality, sensuality, and libido should ALL be discussed before marriage. So ladies, if you have a low libido...stay out of Laterras' DM. 😝🤣 On a serious note, I hope he has a Counsel of Elders and/or Team of Intercessors to undergird him if he still struggles with sexual discipline. No shade just recognizing that he will deal with a greater level of warfare and temptation based on the type of ministy he has.
Sometimes when people think of suicide after a break up it’s not ENTIRELY about the break up. I could be a number of disappointments AND THEN the break up! It’s usually a multitude of things… suicide is NEVER the answer! The pain will subside! You just have to be willing to take it 1 second/minute/hour/day at a time. Speaking from MY experience.. I feel that While Laterras' found wisdom is admirable and should be appreciated In all fareness, (since we're keeping it 💯, and while we're being transparent) speaking on behalf of the married woman who's not always in the mood to "give it up". Women need a man to know WHY he should not allow his sexual expectations to be selfishly motivated. Women can have day when, even our clothes don't feel comfortable touching us. In these times sexual gratification is the last thing on her mind (your's or hers). And what about her thoughts, her ideas, her desires to want everything to be right. We may feel the need to shower before anything takes place and YOU KNOW we want to shower after... That's 2 showers.. so, how much time do we have, comes into play! Then we want to be finessed into the mood, not just feeling like we're "giving it up!!" We as women are & can be complicated.. even when we don't mean to be.. Even when we don't want to be! I thank God for a man who get's that!!! ❤
There is a huge disconnect between some people. 3 times a week for some people is a lot of sex. For others 3 times a week is starvation. Incompatibility in sexual appetite is a real issue. 😮💨
