I remember when I first started baking we didn’t have an oven so I used the microwave for everything and my aunt witnessed me burn a batch of cookies and she thought “this girl is going to burn the house down”
and she bought me an oven for christmas

When I first started baking it was under adult supervision when I was 9. It was a project to keep ME occupied during class time in Primary school because I had, shall we say, 'troubles' in Primary 7. I always enjoyed baking in Primary school. As much as it was to keep me occupied, it was also just fun. Then high school started and I didn't have a home-economics class until 2nd year. It was so much more than just baking, too. But I did enjoy it, almost as much as baking in Primary.

I tried it !!! And i was speechless with the results......like it literally took 2 minutes to cook completely and it just puffed up a lot it was very spongy,delicious and the perfect recile that i could ever get...

Here’s a recipe for a single serving chocolate mug cake:
3 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Small pinch salt
2 tbsp milk
1/2 egg (crack into mug, whisk with fork and add half into mixture)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Heaped tsp Nutella
Add dry ingredients, mix. Then add wet ingredients and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
This recipe rises to a full 350 ml mug.

The Double Chocolate was my favorite! Also, I just wanted to say that this is the BEST mug cake recipe because all of the other mug cake recipes I have tried were either very dry or it just tasted weird. Theese mug cakes were just like a real cake, the only thing I did different was, I added and extra 20 seconds, so 1:20 in total. Again it was so good!!!!!!!! Thanks Ro!!!!!!!!!!!
Just made these and both me and husband were shocked, so simple to make and quick to microbake! They are loveeeely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!! Yum!!!

Easy recipe!
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of Nutella
3 tbsp of milk
1/4 tbsp of baking powder (MUST BE POWDER, NOT SODA!)
Mix and microwave for 1 minute and if it's still not ready, microwave in 10 second intervals.

For the international folks: 38 degrees F is about 3 degrees C. Not the coldest, of course (it's much colder where I live), but still fairly cold :)

PokeJed America uses the Fahrenheit system for temperature, unlike most of the world. Fahrenheit is not part of the Imperial system, which is comprised of length, area, and volume. Don't get me wrong, I hate both Fahrenheit and the Imperial System, but she's not crazy for using the units of measurement that her country uses.
