It's Dutch. Flemish is a Dutch dialect. Same language but pronounced a tad different. Generally dutchies and belgians will understand each other without issue. @@vonsopas

As a pluviophile to another, for some reason, I feel much more relaxed on rainy days! Like all the pressure is off. Maybe it's because of thousands of years of human history. On sunny days, we have to be more active and get things done, and when it's raining, it's ok to read comic books and eat candy inside our pillow fort or tree house. 😄
