They said they turned out more powerful than they thought they would be, not that they were completely overpowered. Same held true with O.Sagat, CE Bison, Alpha 2 Ken, Chun Li, Alpha 3 Akuma, 2i Sean, Ibuki, and 3s Chun Li.

shin shoryuken in this game, needs to be done from a precise distance away, if you hit it just right it becomes the metsu shoryuken, which does uber damage, but it's way too impractical to bothe rwith lol.
This game is a beast if you no how to play it lool i wish there kept suttin like that in sf4 that would of been crazyy just imagine the amount of hadouken we could of smashed in....... lucky only juri has it but we want it for all characters

Maybe all the top tiers are more balanced but after that it starts to thin out in useable characters. And Akuma is still God Tier that's just how tiers work, the first character listed is always God no matter how balanced it is.

Actually, Akuma is ranked equal to Dhalsim and Sodom and maybe Sakura at Alpha 3, not god tier such as Sagat on SFIV. And for most players (and I agree) SFA3 is the most balanced Capcom fighting game up to date.
I don't know what SF4 you're playing but you're crazy. God Tier Sagat isn't any where near the ranks of God Tier Akuma in Alpha. SF4 is by far the most balanced Street Fighter to date.

by this tournament daigo switched to Ryu because he thought gouki was too unfair. so yeah daigo lost but with gouki he woulda ripped
