In my opinioni, that blooper was actually made on purpose to add a bit of comedy, it looks far too "blatant" if you ask me. This I think because "ZDF Logo!" is a children-oriented program and so they can afford to be a bit more informal and comical than a normal newscast.
In 20 December 2023 new government in Poland introduced changes in public broadcaster, TVP. "Wiadomości" (1:00:53), news bulletin full of propaganda, has been replaced by new news bulletin called "19:30" (1:00:28) with new team, so there is no "Wiadomości" anymore. "19:30"'s design and studio are probably temporary. "Panorama" (1:01:14) and "Teleexpress" (not in compilation) are temporarily not broadcasted (in first days, replaced just by looped animation) until people from old government will stop occupation of TVP news-specific buildings. TVP Info (1:01:50) has been shut down in 20 December and has been reintroduced with new team today (30 December), with new studio and graphics (probably temporary too, for the same reason). TVP3 was also shut down in 20 December and reintroduced a few days ago, without "TVP3 Info" news (1:01:33). There will be no more "TVP3 Info" - this news bulletin was introduced by old government solely for a reason to expand time for more its own propaganda news.

From your last video until this video uploaded, there are plenty of changes happen at many news intro, but some of them keeping the same like previous one. Bit surprising me you added plenty of other news like Cultural, Sport, and Children or Young People. Also not forgetting you also added some minority language, which surprising me there's Spanish News in Croatian Public Television and the only Asian language in European mainland is Chinese broadcasting at Hungary Public Television. To summarise it up, some TV stations prefer to keep the current news intro, some of them "facelift" it and still worked, some of them fully Changed it and it works, but some of them changed it and bit worse than previous. It's great to see some of existing TV Stations debuted in this channel, and brand new TV station like TV Monaco. For Euronews intro, what the, I don't know how to say it, feel downgraded. And yeah joined broadcasting news intro at Ukraine, great to mention that.
