You could maybe argue Liu-Kang is as he is technically half human since a god, Raiden, merged with him, a human but even then that is only because a human component is there, Raiden and Fujin are not humans, fully gods.

As far as I know Fujin is the only demigod who is competent and somehow Kronika probably tried manipulating him but most likely never worked because Fujin is too smart and doesn't allow evil people to manipulate him due to him interacting with the mortal race among them for many centuries so he knows exactly how humans behave unlike Raiden is the one that is sometimes incompetent because he never had a chance to live among the mortal race He always acted more like a God rather than thinking like a human Don't get me wrong Raiden has good intentions but at the same time Raiden has a bad habit of allowing evil to take over when desperate times calls for it unlike Fujin never succumbs to going that far down and that's what I like about Fujin Even in the bad ending of MK11 aftermath story Fujin was still not evil but he was forced to conquer other realms commanded by Shang tsung You can see it in Fuji's eyes and Raiden is just acting like a mindless servant 🤦♂️
