I just got off 3-in-a-row 12 hours shifts as a nurse. At almost 30, I’m achy and sore after 3 shifts in a row- clonking around the hospital in my Danskos and clocking at least 10,000 steps each shift. but I still wanted to be active today. This was absolutely perfect because of the low impact!! I was still able to get my heart rate up. Also, I’ve always struggled with coordinating breathing with movement but the warm up and your explanations were perfect and I maintained the good diaphragmatic breathing throughout! I’m trying to get back into being active regularly and I think that your guided workouts are perfect. I really appreciate the guidance throughout versus trying to get through some pdf on my phone with only pictures of workouts. Finally, I’ve followed you on Instagram for years but only just now did a workout- it’s so fun to see parts of your lighthearted personality peek out throughout the workout! I’ll be back for more! Thank you for this!
This comment made my day! I'm so glad the explanations are helpful!! And thank YOU for your work - especially this last year (but always), so appreciative of the care nurses provide. ❤️
I really appreciate your effort! It's not easy to stay fit when the gym is closed but you're helping so much! You're an inspiration for my youtube channel:)
Loved this for a lower energy day! It's definitely not easy but not as killer as some of your other workouts 😂 loved the inner thigh burn on the narrow bridges
Wow! This was amazing! First time doing your video. I normally do other. This was slow but I was sweaty, breath heavy. I used 10, 15, and 20 pound dumb bells.. thank you I loved it!
Hey there. This was very educational! I've been trying to find for a RUclips vid like yours that really educates the stuff in this video! 🙌Your lesson reminds me of the vids from Dr. Ethan! His videos are insightful and he actually helped me on midterms. I suggest you see his RUclips out and give the Dr a like! ➡️ #DrEthanOnRUclips
