I just absolutely adore your work again. Your art work on buildings is just superb and I totally love the coffee shop painting. The painting straight into your journal is just lovely as well and nothing wrong with the colors, it is clearly a watercolor painting and ought to look like this. I've ditched a "to-do list" and started a "ta-da list". Essentially, I have goals that are kinda like a to-do list. However, if I have that kind of day where I get a load of stuff done but it wasn't actually part of my goals, I record them instead on my ta-da list. That way, I can compare what I intended to get done with what I actually got done. My intentions still get recorded, but so do my accomplishments. Anything on the goal list that didn't get done can then be migrated to a future goal list, and the things I actually got done are recorded on the ta-da list.
Omg this is genius!! 😄 Ta-da list is just the perfect way to describe everyday life, haha! And it actually works too!

Fun fact: 8 hours is just an average number of hours sleep you may need. The true test is on your day off, with nothing happening (for my family it's Saturdays) do you sleep til noon or wake up at your normal time without an alarm? Do you wake with energy? Or if you had a choice, would you love to roll over and get a few more winks? The key to a good sleep is routine... go to bed at the same time every night. 💕🌞🌵😷
