I built this model and Hasegawa’s F-16A+ Falcon so many times. I left majority of the parts off and painted them separately.

I'm glad you built this kit. I built this same kit seven years ago, but your model came out a lot better. I still have two more copies of this same kit in my closet along along with an Hasegawa F-16D version. I will be taking your approaches to this kit in this video and applying them to my builds. Great work on the model.

Fantastic job on a older kit, only thing i would point out is anything painted blue usually means its a inert non explosive training weapons. I highly doubt you would carry training Sidewinders on the wingtips and live Sidewinders and Cluster bombs on the remaining weapons stations. Still a great video and the kit brings back alot of memories for me.

I know this Sidewinder is a trainer, but it looks good. It adds some color to the gray airplane. Besides, that's the layout on the boxart ;).

Bardzo przyjemny modelik zbudowałeś 😁 mimo iż zdecydowanie wolę sowieckie rury to nabrałem jakiejś ochoty na sklejenie hamburgera hehe... a poważnie to kawał solidnej roboty. Zestaw fakrycznie nie wydaje się być skomplikowany i zapewne to taka miła relaksacyjna odskocznia. Twoja miniatura robi świetne wrażenie 😊 ja pewnie troszkę porozjaśniałbym panele ale i tak jest super. Poza tym bardzo przyjemnie ogląda się Twoje materiały. Świetny montaż i dobre celne uwagi. Panele były porozjaśniane, jednak przedobrzyłem i położyłem jedną warstwę za dużo... Najważniejsze w modelarstwie to wiedzieć kiedy przestać ;)

I don't know since I only had Hasegawa one. My friend told me that the new Tamiya is better than this Hasegawa, but the older Tamiya is worse.

Cześć wszystkim, kupiłem dokładnie ten sam model i też mam błąd kalkomanii plus dodatkowo drugie siedzenie pilota - to wytłoczone trochę im nie wyszło i luzem było drugie. Jakość wytłoczeń dużo wyższa niż np. z polskiej firmy Plastyk.

You were unlucky. Back in the day, Hasegawa was a synonym of the best quality. I recommend giving it a try once more.
A little hint - checking the set chronology in scalemates.com helps to avoid another company repacks.
