I tried to enjoy the Vipera. It has some solid aspects, but for me the 6-second delay between shots is a bit too high. I traded it in and am very happy to say goodbye to it. Really wish it was auto-reloader instead, just like Italian heavies and mediums. Perhaps WG thought it would overlap too much with Bisonte playstyle.

Tank HP doesn't affect the chance of penetration at all
@@skill4ltu I meant that the armor are damaged on the tank if the tank has low hp and easier to pen, but ok, you must know better.
