This two bedroom two bathroom home is located on a large lot in Countryside Mobile Home Park in Salmon Arm, BC. This video touches on the trend I have been noticing of people moving from Vancouver and surrounding areas to Salmon Arm to enjoy retirement. Over the last three of four years I have noticed a growing number of people are making the move from the city where the value of their home is significantly higher and relocating to buy a house in Salmon Arm for a much lower price to retire.
I have estimated the time from the front door of the home to the golf course before but have never actually taken the time to time it. The time between the home and the golf course was a little bit more than my guess but for a golfer moving to the area it really doesn't get much closer. After timing the distance between the two I decided to stay for a beer at the Ironwood Restaurant and take in the views! This home might just be perfect for a golfer looking to retire in Salmon Arm and wants to be close to the golf course.
