- Hi everyone! Before the year ends I’ll make an east tutorial for the trending CHUNKY BAG🥰 (using a chunky yarn). I don’t have that kind of yarn so I used a fuzzy yarn instead 🤗. This is so easy to make and you can do it less than an hour if you are a beginner. I hope you’ll enjoy this video 🤗.

As a beginner, its is quite beginner friendly if u have the patience. I struggled a little and made few mistakes that i had to undo a lot, but im glad i made it! I love the final product

Slip knot
chain 17
skip the first chain and sc until the end of the row. On the last stitch 3 sc in it.
Flip and sc until the end
Insert your hook on your first chain, make slip st then ch 1
Row 1-8: sc in every stitch until end of row . at the end of the row sl stitch.
cut the yarn and weave in the ends
bag strap: Slip knot, ch 31
start on the second chain and sc until end of row. Ch 1 flip
sc until end of row
cut yarn and attach to bag
you are done!

I dont know why my bag become bigger from above?? Did i missed any number or sc/ch?
@@mizcomohd it’s because aren’t supposed to add a chain and you are supposed to skip one chain at the end of each row

@@Liaaxr you need to skip a chain to make sure that the size of the bag doesn’t get wider but I suggest you free hand it a bit so, if Not skipping a chain works better for you and makes your bag look even on both sides then don’t do so, but if it is looking a little wider, I suggest just skipping a chain

I follow the instructions, though one 100g of yarn is not enough, i need to use other colours, so i make 2colour chunky yarn and i love it. !! Thank you so much for this tutorial. ❤❤ Godbless you

We're you able to finish off of this tutorial alone? I've worked for days on this tutorial and I can't get passed chain 17. Mine isn't long enough. So I used a bigger hook and that does it. Because smaller hook makes it smaller. I'm trying to find a better tutorial but I can't find one. Lol I'm sorry didn't mean to vent

I made a mini version of the bag not using chunky yarn, just to hold my essentials. The body of the bag measures, Height: 12cm length: 20cm

Not beginner friendly I cried
If this was your first project it would be probably a bit difficult but keep doing other projects even small ones just to get used to the stitches and using the hook to get experience so that projects like this are really simple I finished in only a few hours that's prob the shortest amount of time I ever spent on a project

This is very hard but I believe it’s because I am using 25mm yarn so it’s real bulky but I love it!

Unsure what I did wrong? But I had to drop a stich every row to keep it from going boat shaped. No clue where I messed up

i did, if you’re still working on the bag, i recommend decreasing 2 rows before continuing the pattern 😊

I did it correctly. I got the shape of the bag and everything but the only problem was, mine looked like a bunch of coconut worm😭
But I found out the problem: I was supposed to go through both strings instead of just one but another problem was that since it was a chunky yarn, I couldn't see my v chains😭ad also my foundation was too tight

Overall the tutorial is easy and as a beginner I'm able to make it but there is one problem that I'm facing while making this is that no matter how long I make it after 3,4 rows it becomes so short like the width gets smaller, can anybody tell me why is this happening and how can I make it right?

Same with me, use a lighter to burn off the ends, just don’t burn it too much

For sewing the ends? You can use your crochet hooks to clean the ends, but you need to work on it a little
