I don't really like how she treated the other members. Like she clearly didn't know HYDE and Sugizo's names even tho she had met Sugizo before. And in the documentary only Sugizo appears and he appears as both a Luna Sea member and X Japan member and offers his insight and experience with hide's death. I always felt like he had a standout interview and she had no clue who he was. Also the way she talked about the other groups their in it felt like she didn't care about them. BTS has tie ups with English movies and the huge number of radio plays for Butter and Dynamite help popularize their songs and group. Media and social platform are huge on breaking through the language barrier, providing materials with English subs or appearing on American TV. All the talk shows or video released by them have Eng subtitles, so that the messages are fully captured and transmitted to the audience where deeper connection can be built. Japanese language is not as foreign as it used to be in the 90's due to the high penetration of Japanese culture into America through Anime and Netflix, games in the recent decades, across all age groups.

BTS actually were poor when they started out. They got their first big break because another team dropped out and none of their videos had any english subtitles because their company didn't have the resources and couldn't invest time and money into that unlike other kpop groups' videos. They got famous through RUclips where they used to upload videos of their practices and backstage/chill videos through a small but dedicated Korean fan base that would translate their Korean into English and that is what helped them gain international fans. Since most of them are from the Korean countryside, there are a lot of innocent "duh" moments and their honesty and straight forwardness made them likable in addition to their talent which was being overlooked in Korea because money. They became famous internationally first. South Korean music scene is so narrowminded, they only realized their talent when they topped the billboard chart and received U.S. recognition. As Hyde has proven in recent years, in this day and age if you have social media presence and show people who you are as a person, they will support you because not only do they like your art but they like who you are as a person. Because of that you can gain more dedicated fans. When I first discovered Hyde, he had very little media presence but since 2019, he started releasing his old and new music videos on YT and started doing lives and his following has doubled on YT and he went from having 0 instagram fan pages to multiple. @A. Leaud it piqued your interest that's why you clicked on the video😛 You are so negative, you must be an old fart who did not achieve even one of your dreams. Too bad. If you don't take a step towards what you want, you'll never have any chance of achieving it. That way you can die with a sense of peace in that you strived for what you wanted. I didn't find it insulting. I think overall it was a good interview but most of her questions were for yoshiki, probably because she knows yoshiki more but I would have liked to hear the others opinions especially Sugizo's because he doesn't do many English interviews but the few I have seen he is very philosophical and interesting and Hyde's because from the English subs I have seen he also has a unique perspective and has a witty/funny way of saying and doing things. Let's just say he's quite chaotic himself lol

I think if they play their cards right, they just might achieve their dream. Never say never.
@@Cksncrm "I think if they play their cards right, they just might achieve their dream. Never say never."
HAHA. Yeah, no. No one is going to listen to aging Japanese dudes in Western countries. No one. It's not going to happen. Keep dreaming. These guys are lame as hell. Their entire project is pathetic. No one wants to listen to "The Last Rockstars" or whatever cringe fest this is.
The rest is up to fate. And that's the philosophy yoshiki used in his japanese interview about why they started the Last Rockstars.
@@ALeaud well, i don't give a damn about Yoshiki and care only about Hyde and Miyavi. It's not like Yoshiki is the only one who has fans here. I bet there are more people who care about others. And it was Hyde's idea to create this band in the first place.
wish hyde got more questions but yoshiki gonna yoshiki hahaha
Why interview she sitting in the house?
NYC roll call lmao
Congrats to the Lyndsey for being a great interviewer in a difficult sound, and language barrier and handling it like a pro. Her experience is coming through clearly.
Who is Lyndsey? This color haired girl who is totally unprofessional? If the answer is yes, then congratulations to her for hopefully ruining her carrier
OMG this was painful to watch, this girl had the opportunity to do an amazing interview but it seems she didn't make any research on any of this super rock stars and only knew (barely) Yoshiki, plus super rude, come on girl if you're interviewing someone at least learn their names, say thanks repeatedly (specially with Japanese artists) and overall try to be more empathetic, they looked super lost. Yahoo, next time, please choose a better interviewer.
Essa entrevista começou tão estranha, não tive boas impressões de quem está entrevistando a TLRS. Moça, você estava ansiosa?! Hahahahaha Não consigo terminar de assistir. Sucessos a TLRS! ♡ HYDE ♡ YOSHIKI ♡ SUGIZO ♡ MIYAVI ♡
Excuse me you didnt do your research 😤
This interview is a disaster.
The interviewer basically kept insulting them the whole time.
She'd be right to do so. They're delusional if they think they're going to get everywhere.
@@ALeaud They are delusional indeed. Still its not right to insult them.
@@Cksncrm I truly dont like how easily offended people get these days. Im also not fond of any of them as people and have nothing but criticism for this project which in my opinion lacks inspiration and creativity and is just egotistic money grabbing project. Yet she was behaving so badly that even I got annoyed at the constant disrespect directed at them all (yes, Yoshiki included). It was that bad.

The mic condition was so terrible! Too bad! Hope the next time better condition.
Dear Yoshiki...please start X Japan activities for the fans who have been waiting.
it's a dead dream, Toshi already confirmed that the band has broken up
@@luna-tick5554
Really??
When did he conferm?...Please refer to realiable news sources.
X Japan is finished. It actually finished when hide died but now it's really dead. Yoshiki just keeps trying to reinvent it and relive the memories but it's pointless.
When Hide died, X is already over. Like forever you know. He’s man behind man. The rock soul of the band. Stop talking X. Also Toshi is now hard to handling. He’s the one that may take a responsibility to Hide’s death.
This will never happen
Im not a intevievier but I think I can do far better than that girl
Well, you probably could. She's an actual interviewer. You'd likely just kiss ass and tell them how amazing they are and let Yoshiki be delusional (which he is).
this lady is out of knowledge for all the members, I'm sorry in behalf of all the members
How difficult was this interview to watch... Really disrespectful, such an unprofessional interviewer...
★THELASTROCKSTARS★の全世界のファンの皆さん来月デビューツアーで降臨します!🥰どんなパフォーマンスになるのか?凄く今からファンの皆さん楽しみですね!🌟🌟🌟🌟
What a chance to interview X JAPAN ,but the interwier ....🙄🙄🙄
Just from the first minutes you can see it's not a good interview. I don't know how many times this girl has talked about her and her connections. It's pretty clear that she did no RESEARCH nor cared about doing one. There is no RESPECT to the Artists, the legends that she has the honor to interview. What a wasted opportunity. But don't worry yahoo! We didn't need this lame interview to "know" them 🤙🏽 so skipping it won't be an issue.
More about #TLRs and less #XJapan & Yoshiki. There are three other members.
What a waste. The interviewer is very rude.
長らく佳樹さんと結婚したいと言ってきましたがいじめられるのでもういいです
Me too, honestly
How it gonna be a rockstar’s and successful rockstar’s wife. 🎉🎉🎉
She doesn't know how to interview stars
何の意外性もない想像通りのバンド。結局、彼らの方向性は、私の想像を超える事はなかった、退屈
おつかれさまでした。
Italy with Maneskin? Nice, but I'd pay the tickets only for watch HYDE, YOSHIKI, MIYAVI, SUGIZO 😅 then I wouldn't stay there because I would go looking for them. Ah Ah 🤣💖
However could be fine for THE LAST ROCKSTARS to be known better even in Italy finally 🇮🇹 🥰 and Finally I will be able to meet my beloved HYDE. 🥰🤗💖
congratulation
@@noreenaulia9977 Congratulations for what? Sorry? 😅
@@DebChan89 for your happines to meet hyde.
You need to chill lol get a life
@@noreenaulia9977 I haven't said this..
My answer here is another. And your answer is nosense here in this context.
I don't want to pay a ticket of a band for see THE LAST ROCKSTARS 15-20 minutes, Okay?
I wanna a whole concert of THE LAST ROCKSTARS or HYDE solo or or .. Okay? You got it what I meant to say?
I wish to see HYDE someday, yes, and Could this be a possibility? Could be..
Just this I said, surely I'd be very Happy to meet HYDE in person. I wouldn't know what to say him yet. But.. my wish is to meet HYDE.
But at the moment the very lucky here are Americans Fans, as always.
I bought a ticket on veep, if you want to see the concert in L.A. February 10th, it is in worldwide livestream, it's not expensive, but at the moment I just can do in this way to see HYDE's performances.
Anyway thanks for the comment. ❤
