I know what you did last summer is such an underrated franchise I can’t wait for the new sequel that’s supposed to be coming out next year. Even though I liked the second one better, the first one will always have a special place in my heart because it was filmed in North Carolina & I was born and raised in North Carolina & I was born in 97 as well when it came out. But I’ll never forgive Ray for not defending Julie when Barry grabbed her up against the car I felt like that was cowardly on Ray’s part.
I used to always have this fantasy that she survived somehow and she would have popped up in a future film. Helen literally has one of the best chase scenes in a horror film ever.
Love this franchise and the Scream Franchise. Thanks for doing them. Justice for Helen! I felt like she should’ve been the main character. And I have all the love for JLH, but I thought Helen was more engaging and likable. I’m glad you hated Elsa, too. That anxiety inducing scene with Elsa walking slowly to open the door for Helen (with the killer being 10 ft away), I wanted the killer to finish Elsa. I wish they would do a part 3 of these characters. I think the ending of part 2 was a nightmare, meaning Julie would never escape her demons.

She said in her interview last week she can’t confirm or deny but she is down for a legacy sequel! They did a series on Amazon but it was horrible. So excited that this one will be a direct sequel to the 2nd as let’s forget that dvd mess that came out 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ loved this review!!

There was a script for 3rd. Everyone died including Julie. Brandy was to die first. Then Ray. But they would have casted a different black girl for Karla bcuz she was supposed to die on the 2nd but her mom threatened to pull her out of the movie so they swapped her fate with the bartender.

For those of you who don't know there was a third movie called, I Always Know What You Did Last Summer but it really didn't feature any of the actors from the first 2 movies a whole completely new storyline. And the movie is trash.
I love both of these movies 🍿 but on the first one on the sister show the suicide note it was in the same font as the one Ben Willis was writing. So what I realize was Ben Willis killed her brother and made it look suicidal
