Try dragging your net alot slower so that the lead line stays closer to the bottom until your net closes

@@PelicanBoneOutdoors TRUE DAT! I just want to see you grow because you are funny to watch. however, you look at the big boys like, deer meat for dinner, bluegabe, etc and they never put out the same videos doing the same things back to back. Lafitte has a lot to offer than yo ass slinging cast nets in a ditch..haha! I suppose you have to reach out and get some networking going on. I tell what would be cool is to do a video with theophile bourgeois charters taking a sea plane to catch specks or do videos of an air boat alligator tour! creative things like such will launch you into the next realm! however, you have to network to do it! God Bless 😀

Im right over the Louisiana/Mississippi state line. East side of Slidell. Bayou Caddy down from the Silver Slipper Casino. I have a buddy that moved over here from Louisiana from Algeirs and you and him could pass for brothers. 😂 I've taken him rabbit hunting with me before and speckled trout fishing and he could pass for your twin 😂. James Jobert "Jimmy" we call him Jobert. So many of my good friends moved here from Louisiana good people we love um to death. We do plenty camping and cooking good rabbit Spaghetti 🍝 rabbit stew, seafood gumbo you name it we pass a good time yeah cher. Had my buddy Mr. Hewie Miller from Church Point, Louisiana but recently moved to Baton Rouge. He was an accordion player. I met him by a camp on Pearl River while i was hog hunting. He loved it over here and stayed as much time as he could over here. Anyway i love your channel and we'll continue watching. I own some rabbit dogs i may hit you up and see about you and I doing some rabbit hunting this year. Season is open now. Take care my brother and God bless 🙌 🙏 you and your family always.

Yes. You can use up to an 8 1/2 foot net for recreational in Louisiana.
