You work hard and they say your mistakes are more than 10 percent, so as per agreement, you need to pay to company some amount as penalty as you have tarnished their image or else you will receive notice from their advocate. In summary, you don't get anything. If you are afraid or willing to go thru misery, you somehow pay them and thank your luck.
