Video on point sis!! I used to fry, dye, weave ALL the time. Went natural 4 years ago and specifically using Ayurveda herbs for the past two. I have fallen in love with my hair. Haven’t worn any synthetic hair in over a year! Our crown is SO fragile and we must protect our hair and our mind!!
This is so nice to hear, thank you for sharing. I totally agree, our crown truly is fragile and should be treated and handled with care to include what we put on it (and our scalp). Ever since I stopped wearing fake hair, my love for my own grew stronger and it has never looked and felt so healthy. I love using herbs as well, they have worked wonders in my hair. Yes we have allowed others/schools to tell us our identities. Including telling all black Americans that they come from Africa. We are not all African. A lot of “Black Americans” have always been on American soil as Indigenous Indians and Plymouth Rock landed on us not the other way around. Know they self and Learn for thyself 💜
