Looking at the route numbers on the buses, this must be prior to 30 April 2001 when the Metro Coastlines network was launched and most routes renumbered.
There's an advert for the grinch movie at 6:43 and that was out in November 2000 so must be sometime around then, did anyone notice the Delta at 7:20 with no headlights and destination light?
