    Side note hamstrings do hip extension along with knee flexion, that is why exercises like RDLs and squats target the hamstrings, I forgot to mention hip extension with hamstrings in the video with my rambling lol. Also, the fibers of the rhomboids are angled in an upward slant from the medial edge of the scapula to the spine not downward (no change to the lesson, just know the drawing was slightly off). I'll have more detailed component videos in the future
