I've actually been considering a 5c Knowledge Pool/Possibility Storm lock like this! I tried Esika just because I love her as a card and I thought the Prismatic Bridge would generate value through the lock, but Sisay also seems really powerful for this! Great video!

And I see that Grenzo finally got the axe, I'm running Grenzo + Timestream Navigator as a 5th win line, would you recommend I shy away from it all together?
I usally want more mana then card draw. Tymna isen't bad. Esper works to. I have played both in the deck now and then. Grenzo likes more creatures. If less creatures no grenzo. But I rather personally play cards that grant me mana over tymna. That is just it.
Hey Mons. Love the content as always. Question for you: In this video you have demonstrated the combos for infinite mana, but how do we win at instant speed? I'm not seeing that combo.
So you can make infinite mana in instant speed with emiele cradle and derevi. You find them and can activate over and over in instant speed. Then you find kinnan that can find dockside and meyham devil. That is infinit damage in instant speed. And there are other potential finishers that can also win in instant speed instead of dockside. for example ertai.
@@cedhtv Mayhem Devil make sense. I just didn't see it in your current list. I saw your video where you explained how you could draw your entire deck by flickering Ertai, but I don't see how you win at instant speed with him without your own Labman effect. I will rewatch that video. Thanks Mons!

And is Mikokoro, Center of the Sea a better or worse version of gier reach sanitarium? I assume it is there mostly so sisay can snipe a player trying to Thassa's Oracle combo, but are there other options for it?
I post this comment after MH3 came out. I feel like the instant speed sisay combo can be less convoluted than that, and work out with less pieces. First off if we have the luxury of the new Fanatic of Rhonas in play we can pull some insane bullshit through (Sisay on cota, trigger in upkeep tap fanatic in response to float GGGG, tutor cauldron with sisay, let fanatic die, tap cauldron exile fanatic imprint it on sisay, tap sisay for other GGGG mana, tutor derevi (GGG floating), untap sisay, tap again, (you have now 2 floating) get emiel, use the GG+1 remaining to flicker derevi, which goes infinite with the mana from sisay because you get GGGG and spend 3 for emiel netting one, then you just get mount doom and ping everyone to death at instant speed while still in your upkeep, cost of this? 5+1 mana (we are tutoring cota in the last opponent EOT before us) and fanatic and sisay in play for a turn. Let's stay on track and look at only tutorable pieces. Tutor CotA, into kinnan. Get Orrery, tap Orrery for 6 mana, pay sisay floating 1 for derevi, derevi untaps orrery, get sakashima copy derevi, untap orrery, orrery will float one more mana, get emiel, throw in one more mana from any source with the 2 floating, to activate emiel flicker derevi, untap orrery for infinite mana, from there just tutor mount doom, and activate it infinite times by untapping it by flickering derevi with emiel. Total cost 5+5+1 = 11 mana. Instant speed 0 casts, permaments-only based Sisay win.
Since the list doesn't have Mayhem Devil anymore, how are you winning the table in the scenario desribed including the Teferi PW (e.g. in response to their win on the table / stack)?
Mayhem devil is just an example. It also goes in and out. It will probably be in the deck in the future again. But you can win with only Derevi, Emile and cradle. You can tap down everything your opponents have for the rest of the game and get all stax legendarys in your deck into play and lock people out of the game.
Instead of finding opposition agent I found wheel of fortune and I wheeled (with maralen out every lost their hands) and then I have phyrexian tower out to sac maralen. Sisay doesn't need cards in hand to win so I grinded the table out (no other deck had a good card draw commander)
U can go for chromatic orrery if u have a 8/8 sisay, or justo for a oath to teferi ON UPKEEP so u dont have to sac sisay (if she´s your only creatre). Then next turn u win...
@@cedhtv I littely JUST found another way of comboinw with culturist... so in UPKEEP, with the sacrifice trigger on the stack, you search for Scion of the Ur-Dragon, and use its ability (u gotta have 2 extra mana) to copy BELEDROS and untap all your lands (gotta have WUVRG producing lands) and win from there... what do you feel of that?
It would be needed to search for Olivia with the trigger on the stack still, and sac the copy of beledros... then go to draw, combat, and olivia brings beledros back, to untap all lands with a 8/8 Sisaym ready to fetch the Chromatic Orrery (dont need another turn or a oath to teferi with this combo), and from there derevi and u probably have several untaps on it from having 3 big hasty attacking flyers =)
I mean, i could WIN RIGHT on the 1ST TURN you get after puting your 1st legend on the field (on the END step previous to your turn)... im a fanatic of Sisay and i find it amazing that u can do that by just adding 4 big cmc cards on the deck (and donr drawing into them)
This is unrelated, but I need help shutting dow. An inalla spellseaker deck.. it is the top deck at my lcg, and it is the hardest to shut down, aswell as taking a 20 minutes turn to win.. any suggestions??
grafdiggers cage, rest in peace, drannith stops the finale of promise part (idk if they can play around that in the same combo tbf) dauthi voidwalker, planar void, tormods crypt, deathrite sharmen i also think can help when they target a creature to be reanimated
Thank you, I run izzet, 14 counterspells of which 5 are free, and deflecting swat, but it's tricky to take a winning hand and a hand full of counter spells, but I really appreciate the help, I've been playing for 2 years, and most of my competition has been playing for upwards of 10-15 years, so the learning curve is rough.
@@Murphthemick i get it, im new too (started around midnight hunt) so its steep when playing against veterans, luckily i play in a group that will say things like, this needs to be countered (their own things) or if you have a way to make me draw a card i will lose, and things like that so every game is a learning experience. @@finallightface3240 my issue is I play in a store credit tournament, I'm the 3rd most powerful deck, and 1,2, and 4 are piloted by the same person.. not one card isn't the most expensive printing and all foil, unless it wasn't printed in foil, he's a very nice guy, but being that either he wins or I win, it's hard to put any other card in, but grafdiggers most likely will be slotted soon after test plays, he doesn't play multiple decks I'm the tourny, just that he plays different decks each week, so you never know exactly what's on the table till it's 2 games in and your paired up on table 1
He is still playtesting. actually I might cut him. I just wanned to test things with him. I think I say that I dont even recommend him in the list in the video.
Getting Urabrask out can be pretty tough at 5 cmc and you still need to naturally draw drannith. After that it's a combo that dies to the same removal as Maralen + Opposition Agent so I don't think it's worth running.
@@cedhtv im having lots of sucess with sisay elk in my playgroup. you only really lose emiel lines really, no thoracle backup but mulligans become so linear when you have your combo outside of your hand available. hall of the bandit lord becomes the best card ever
Just seeing a possibility storm in the video is getting me hyped to watch it.
I found that having a human/nonhuman subtheme with a high creature count makes Sisay insanely consistent

That also works. I often go Maralen when I see a wheel from my next opponent before me. Or when I have oppo in hand.
I run the maralen opp agent combo in my scarab god deck. Really fun and nobody sees it coming from instant speed before my upkeep.

You flicker it a second time. And counter the first trigger with the new second trigger.

T3feri + Kiten is not a combo by itself. Getting the 3rd piece is too difficult for this deck.
