- The Finger Walk or Wall Walk exercise helps improve the range of motion of the shoulder in different planes of motion. These exercises specifically target the shoulder joint and strengthening the rotator cuff muscles.
How to perform the Finger Walk/ Wall Walk exercise:
• Position your body so that you are facing the wall. Slightly retract your shoulders.
• Place your affected hand on the wall with the palm facing the wall.
• Walk your fingers up the wall upwards as far as you can in a pain-free range.
• Slide your hand back down the wall to the starting position.
