For the people trying Tahm Kench because of this video: Heartsteel first isn't a suggestion, it's a requirement. Because of how Tahm is programmed, his Q's range scales with his physical size. And because Heartsteal gives you +3% per 1000 health, that Q range increase will catch a lot of people off guard as it slowly increases over the course of the game.

I tested it on Ahri, and apparently it doesn't refund 4 seconds if the takedown happens during the R. So the R has to be on cooldown. In my opinion Manab flow is still superior.
If you want to win this season as a botlaner, play mages or draven ! Most games are decided early. The new boots are op and the atakan is broken. Most games are FF 20, so you better play something to impact the game

@yurei1804 no you're wrong brother, his early game is suppose to be weak because he's a literal monster late game fam. You can sit here and spew all the shit and bullshit narratives you want, it doesn't change the fact that when aphelios was strong he absolutely dominated pro play and there wasn't a single adc that even came close to touching his impact late. Apehlios gets the same treatment as kalista. He can't be kept at peak kit because the skill ceiling is too high and the stats are too weighted (it's his level up passive) When they designed aphelios they thought making his skill floor being a lot harder for new entry enough to keep him balanced, which it was at casual play. Pros are a different breed, a pro even makes some challengers look terrible at the game. Like it or not, pro play is what keeps this game afloat, so it's stability is more important then a champ you like to play being stronger early so you can actually play him and do well.

She's incredibly situational, probably 80% of the time its a bad pick in lobby. I usually play enchanters but even with lulu/nami if the team doesnt synergy with siv its usually a loss even if we win lane
