Good simple design More reinforced then what we use to build as a kid, using 3 2 X 4'S With spike axles and lawn mower tires . I am going to try it. for the kids.

Good luck with the build. After racing it I realized you don't need a lot of play in the steering see here for what happens with loose steering. ruclips.net/video/F_J8wOJ3GoM/видео.html

You should! Tip make sure the bolt holding the front axel is tight and there is not a lot of play. The faster you go the less steering you need. Check out the race with the peace and love soap box here: ruclips.net/video/F_J8wOJ3GoM/видео.html. He had a loose front end and couldn't control the speed wobble.

Awesome build and the best sounds like "paper planes by M.I.A."

I notice with the dust extraction nozzle of your machines, they are not connected, to any dust extraction equipment.

The mitre saw wasn't connected nor was the top port on the table saw however the main table saw dust port was connected to a shopvac. I've been working on dust collection lately.

Watch the Philippines wooden Scooter Race can you make one of them

    • @Woodified

I had to google the Philippines wooden scooter race as I've never heard of that before. Looks like fun. A wooden scooter might go faster than a soap box as there are two less wheels slowing you down.
