Subhanallah the Dead Sea is 422 metres below sea level, that is the lowest part of the earth. This is evidence of the destruction of the people of Lut (AS).
@bcyourself Salaam alaikum, I believe the Sheikh meant the people of Lut (AS) stole goods of high value and also murdered people who passed by their city. Allah knows best.
