ruclips.net/video/jVvFKdhf1N8/видео.html Hello and greetings. Thank you for watching my videos and for your comments. Your dialer can only get stuck on the Xtreme low or Xtreme high-tension positions. It can't get stuck in between. If it's stuck on the lowest tension then you have to turn it clockwise. If it's stuck on the highest tension position then you have to turn it counterclockwise. You would have to use something like a Channellock pair of pliers and apply some Force to turn it. The video link I sent you up above at about five minutes into the video I explain how it's getting stuck and what to do to prevent it from getting stuck afterwards. Let me know how you make out. Thank you very much and have a great day.
Hello and greetings. Thank you for watching my video and for your comments. Those are a sort of rivet. You can try knocking them out with a hammer and a nail. That is if it's the same type as mine. Hello and greetings to you. Thank you very much for watching my videos on for your comments. Those Springs that you see I got from bed frames that were thrown out in the garbage. I did not purchase them in any hardware store or shop. You might try a hardware store to see if they have something like that. Someone else asked me that question before and I give them the same reply but in addition I told them that the older model cars that have drum brakes have Springs in the drum brakes mechanism. You might try a mechanic shop and ask them if they have any Springs from drum brakes that they are throwing out and you can have. @@GamingwithHitesh-gx4er Hello and greetings. A lot of people ask me where to buy these Springs from. I didn't buy these Springs I salvaged them from bed frames that were thrown out. I don't think you can get it from a sports shop. You might want to try a hardware store and see if they have something that would work with the dimension length diameter and stuff like that. Sorry I can't be of any more help to you. I wish they sold spare parts for these so people don't have to waste their money buying a brand new hand grip exerciser every time the spring broke. You know the only other thing I thought of that might work is what I told one of my other viewers. If you go to a mechanic shop the old cars have drum brakes they didn't have disc brakes like the cars have nowadays. Those drum brake assemblies had some Springs inside of them. If you can do your own experiment you can ask them for some of those things that were removed from the drum brake assembly and you can try to modify it for your hand grip exerciser. I've never had to do that myself so I really can't give you any advice on doing it. It's just something that came to my mind. Thanks for watching my videos and for your comment. Have a great day bro
Hi thanks for watching my video and thanks for your comment. The adjustment dial gets stuck if it's in the highest tension position without being changed or moved. You have to use some Force to turn it counterclockwise to loosen it up. If you have a channel lock pliers that should work. The thing to do with these hand grip exercises is to always turn the dial clockwise and counterclockwise before and after you use it. This way it doesn't get stuck by being in the same position for a prolonged period of time.

Hello and greetings. Thank you for watching my videos and for your comment. The link I posted above I explain why the hand grip exerciser keeps getting stuck on either the highest tension or the lowest tension. If it's stuck on either one of these tensions you have to use something like a Channellock pair of pliers turn it and free it up. If it's stuck on the highest tension you have to turn it counterclockwise to free it up. If it's stuck on the lowest tension you have to turn it clockwise to free it up. Rap the dialer with some rubber tubing or cloth to prevent it from getting damaged when you grip it with the pliers and try not to grip it too tightly to damage it. Let me know how you make out.
