I am a first batch (2023) owner. My bike has run a little above 18K Kms. My first chain gave up at around 10K Kms. It has been 8K Kms since I've replaced the chain and I have got it adjusted only once at 17K Kms. I lube the chain roughly at around 700-1000 Kms. I feel they have fixed the issue with the chain. About the rear suspension, it gets a little better after 10K Kms. I would recommend keeping it at setting 4. However, it's nowhere close to great. With setting 3-4, you won't feel each and every gravel on the road, but if you see a pothole or a speedbreaker, you have to slow down to 0. This bike doesn't forgive jumping over speed breakers/pot holes. Funnily enough, the touring seat helps the rider a little, and helps the pillion a lot. I have exchanged my stock seat with a friend's touring seat. I don't notice much difference in short rides, but my pillion seems to have a massive boost in comfort. However, I don't like the look of the Touring seat, it makes the bike look more like an old commuter.
