Breaking the stereotyped thought that you need to be a science graduate only in order to become a computer Engineer, Adity finished her schooling in Commerce and started exploring future options. That is when she came across a friend who was now employed with HCLTech post completing TechBee - HCL’s Early Career Program. Adity convinced her parents to allow her to take up TechBee with the assurance that she would complete her graduation after bagging a job with HCLTech. That is what attracted both her parents and Adity to pursue TechBee - not only could she kickstart her career ahead of her peers, she could also complete her graduation in due time.
