    At bus stops from where buses originate, conductors stand outside the bus and issue tickets to passengers before they board the bus, and the boarding takes place quickly.
    Will the conductors still be able to verify/validate the ticket booked through CHALO app in such a hurry? Should I use the app under such condition?

    how does qr code scanning work ? does conductor machine have camera to scan qr code?

      yes, for barcode scanning camera is there on back side of the machine.
      If you want to buy with barcode then just show him your barcode,he will scan from back side of machine.

    Bhai ek baat batao... abhi samjhi mai ek single journey ticket book krta hu... specific bus number daalke... par dusre bus numbers bhi jaate h mere destination pe... or bus stop pohochkar samjho koi or number ki bus aajaye pehle jo muje destination tak le jaye toh hum usme travel kar skte h kyaaa???

      Dear Ayan sorry to say ki mujhe Indore ke bare me kuch bhi pata nahi so mai aapko iske bare koi bhi jankari mai nahi de paunga. Because mai Mumbai me rahta hu to mujhe mumbai ke bare me zyada pata hai, aap ek kam kare apne conductors se puchh ke dekho maybe wo apki koi help karde.

      rahi bat trip ko to bus me jaoge to pichhe side se hi to conductor to pichhe hi hoga to trip jab uske pass pahoch jaoge to tabhi aap start karna, and aapka dusra sawal ki occupancy kaise pata kare to aap home page pe jaye slightly niche aao waha aapko apke side jane wale bus number dikhenge live uspe click karo to niche aapko option milta hai , waha pe dikhata hai

      Of course no need, wo to unke liye best hai jinke pass smart phone nahi hota hai ya jo phir chala nahi sakte unke liye smart card ki jarurat hai baki jiske pass smart phone hai wo to mobile se hi sab karlega usko 70 rupee dalne ki kya jaruart hai

    Agar Tc bus me chadhta hai, toh usko ticket kaise dikhaye? Aur conductor paper vali ticket scan Karne ke baad dega Kya?

      agar aap chalo app se book karte ho to aap apne trip history me jake check kar sakte ho, aur karna chahiye bhi because conductor ne aapko kaha se kaha tak ka ticket diya hai wo deekhna jaruri hai,
      aur agar aap apne chalo smart card se nikalte hai to wo ticket print karke deta hai.

      History turant update hota hai, some time net ke karan hota hai but hardly kabhi kabhi, ye mera personal experience hai because jab se Chalo start hua hai mai tab se use karta hu.
      dont worry for this.

    Do we need internet all time while traveling to use this? I want to apply pass for senior citizen he don't have internet. Or just QR is sufficient after buying without internet.

      once you got the ticket after that not required app,if any TC will come in the bus or standing on bustop then just you have to show him your ticket.

      @@SantoshGCreation it means we need to use app as well. Like clicking start trip etc with internet. I thought generated QR is sufficient. Thanks for confirmation. My father won't be able to use it then as he don't use internet outside & he will not be able to use mobile. Some phhysical card also seems started. Not sure how it works.

      Dear Mayur, Once you started the trip after that If you're trying to buy a ticket with barcode, so you have to buy within 15 minutes. Otherwise your barcode will be invalid after 15 minutes.,

      aapka kaun sa ticket tha, koi aapka plan tha ya koi free trip????,
      and jab aap ticket lete hai to barcode nikalte hai aur conductor scan nahi kar pata ya mana karta hai to mobile me hi uper corner me ek option hota hai issue ka i think usme sab option diya rahta hai pehle se bas aapko conductor not scanning barcode wala option select karke highlight karna tha,
      khai agar aapka free wala koi plan nahi tha to aapka return aa jayega mere khayal se,because mera bhi aaya tha 5 din bad.

      Aap kar sakte ho but screen shot or photo nahi chalega,aapko app ke jariye hi QR Code generate karna hoga aur usko 15 minutes ke andar Bus Conductor ko dikha ke tickets lena hoga after 15 minutes aapka trip invalid hoga.

      just tell to your friend login with your mobile number and then click on left corner profile icon and then click on Tickets & pass and the you will see this message 👇Follow this instructions care fully because ones you done this after that if you can claim your account then you have to wait one months.

    Maine bhi download Kiya or ticket ke liye conductor ko diya but scan nahi hua or paise bhi wallet se deduct ho gaya...ab refund kaise milega sir please bataiyye...

      Nahi aisa nahi hota hai ,agar aapne apna trip start kar diye aur machine auto connect nahi huaa to aap QR code pe click karke aap conductor dikhayenge to wo scan karke aapko tickets dega, barcode scan na ho aisa to kambhi mere sath nahi huaa hai. maine without net bhi try kiya hai tab bhi mera hua.

    Faltu aap hai ticket buy kiya Phir Conductor ko scan karne diya to scan huva he nahi muje Phir ticket nikal na pada faltu ka Lafda huva Conductor k pata bhi nahi kesa use karte hai its worst app don't download any1. I sharing my experience. Faltu faltu app

      My friend kabhi kabhi ho jata hai 100 me se agar ek do conductor ko pata nahi hai ki ticket kaise nikale to iskaye matlab nahi ki app kharab hai,app naya hai to sabhi conductors ko sikhne me time lagega dost,ye bhi ho sakta hoga ki wo new join kiya hoga.
