Great tutorial, I am just doing a basic text reveal (autofill), but before it fills up, there is always a blur outline of the text (red outline then fills out with red after the plugin finishes). How would you make the outline complete invisible and only shows after the fill? Thanks!
Thanks. Are you saying that you have outlined the text in red and AutoFill is ignoring the outline, or that AutoFill is outlining it in red? Not sure if this helps, but make sure "Preview Input" and "Composite Over Original" are turned off.

this video helped me alot now i know its possible what im plannign on doing...
i want to fill up a cartoon figure (illustrator file) from bottom to top... i got the animation already but its just one color... but i want the original colors to show through... so need to make a alhpa mask is this right?
Yes, you can simply use the AutoFill layer for the cartoon figure to use as an alpha track matte.
How can we pause the animation and then resume it? Do we have to pre-comp it and tweak the timing manually? Thanks
Can you not set the speed to 0? Otherwise, precomping first is an option.
@@CGStirk I changed it to 0 and the animation turns back to the beginning

You just need to place the plugin in the plugin directory, or use AEScripts' plugin installer to do it automatically. You can find that here aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/#

when ever i use 2 point it always zerk my design is not joint with each other. what should i do?
Using two points just means there are two emitters. They're not meant to be connected. Maybe I'm not understanding. What are you trying to achieve?
Can you choose different border strengths etc for different points?
I don't think so if I remember correctly, but I haven't checked what the new release can do.
why does the autofill not work after rendering (there is no autofill animation) - just the logo and letters appear without this effect
Hmm, I'm not sure. Have you tried pressing the "Resimulate" button? Otherwise, try purging the memory via Edit > Purge > All Memory and Disk Cache.
Hi, can I ask where did you purchase this plug-in from please. As I’ve purchased one and every time I apply the preset it crashes AE

Without seeing what you're trying to do, I'm not sure I can offer any advice.
@@CGStirk I'm going to freeze a frame of a video(to be more specific it's of an anime character) and then use the effects edgedetect and deep glow. After that is when I'd like to use autofill
If the character isn't separated from the background, then you'd need to rotoscope them or possibly key them out depending on the color/values.
