If they click other, then get the option for an additional explanation, I always want that explanation, even if they were to say something like "not legible". If I make that secondary comment required, will that make it a full on requirement even if they answer the initial question? For example I have a question that asks the roof type (which will require different attachment points and different photos). Regardless of the roof type, I need the photos of such to all be required.
