I had a similar problem to what you had with the Cellerciser. I had been using it for a few months and my lower back was hurting. I was doing various exercises including a lot of high jumping straight up and ab exercises where you are sitting down on it/feet not touching the mat and my lower back was hurting. I was doing about 20 minutes a day and was kind of discouraged because of the pain in my back. I called Cellerciser and David Hall answered the phone actually. He told me that Cellerciser will expose weaknesses in the body and you have to build up VERY slowly and avoid certain movements until your muscles are stronger. This seemed correct, because when I first started doing the Cellerciser I got major detox symptoms as if I was sick a couple times from overdoing it. He explained to stay away from high jumping exercises and other exercises until I built up my muscles. I followed his advice. Now, 3 years later I am doing about 45 minutes a day and all the exercises I did before plus others. My workout is about 45 minutes. I haven’t had any pain whatsoever in a couple years. I actually forgot I had any pain. Good luck and good material!
Thanks for your great testimony. I believe people jump into conclusions just by using an equipment for a couple of minutes for a video and give bad reputation to a great piece of equipment. Most of the time people recommended things for monetary purposes. It just works like pharma and doctors. They get paid a lot of money for promoting and prescribing medications. Thank you!
I jumped on only Spring rebounders, then I got the Bellicon. My FIRST THOUGHT on the Bellicon was..............."feels like home" Trust me, I window shopped for a LONG time. The. Bellicon. Is. Worth. It.
The problem I have with this "review" is that he said he bounced on the Cellerciser for 5 months before having pain and has only bounced on the Bellicon for one month. How does he know the pain won't come back on another 4 months on the Bellicon.
Thank you, I have been researching these two for some time. I ordered the Bellicon for all the reasons you said. This confirms my choice which I was questioning. So relieved
My Cellerciser doesn't make anywhere near that much noise & I've been using it for years. I have never oiled the springs. It has never caused me any pain or problems. You need to be careful jumping hard on the bungee type because you can hit the floor.....that can cause serious damage to you. Also, feet can easily pronate on a bungee type rebounder. Anyone experiencing issues using their Cellerciser, just call the company. You can actually talk w/Dave Hall who created it. He's even willing to talk w/your doctor. He genuinely wants to help. I'm sure the Bellicon is fun to bounce on. But I sure wouldn't want to have the expense of replacing all of those cords every so often.. To each their own, tho....all of us have our likes & dislikes. That's OK.
It all depends on what you need it for. Bellicon is for fun and goofing around and cardio. Cellerciser is for a serious work out and is much better for the lymphatic system (btw a few drops of oil fixes the noise so no problem there). Jumping high serves no physical benefit other than fun, rebounding exercise is not about height. After tons or research and comparison I ordered a Cellerciser.
I have both, Bellicon with ultra strong cords get's AMAZING high intensity workout results. Cellerciser is much more jarring to my body than the Bellicon. But I'm keeping it because I want a unit to take outside and travel with.
So first thing, unless I’m mistaken, a cellerciser isn’t really a trampoline. Uses GForce technology to suck you down and cause a weight bearing effect, vs a regular trampoline which just bounces you. No expert and I haven’t tried the Bellicon but I do own a cellersizer and mine doesn’t really make any noise.
How funny I’ve had mine for six years and it doesn’t make but a creek here and there it certainly doesn’t make the noise that this guy is making so somethings weird! I get a great workout on the Celia Sizer in my lymph system moves big-time!
Bellicon is way superior to any other rebounder. Lost 15kg in 9 months using it 30min every second day. 10 years and it is still in great condition ( replaced the bungies couple years back)
You are incorrect. Metal springs are stiffer and are superior to bungee for lymph drainage. You need to build up muscles, ligaments etc to deal with the G force of springs and over time its worth it. Bellicon is a 'con' in marketing bungees are 'superior'. I will agree that initially they are much 'easier' but thats also their downfall as they really don't compare to the G force generated on the metal spring types. You are basically just fooling yourself because 'it feels better' and therefore missing the main reason for rebounders - lymphatic drainage first, so called 'fitness' and 'fun' a distant second.
I love my Bellicon. I found their smallest model for around $500. I used to have a Jumpsport, which also worked well. I have never tried a Cellerciser, but hear a lot of people really enjoy that one, too. I'm definitely sticking with my Bellicon, though. I have never had such an amazing workout.
Your words and your body “language” are contradicting each other. There is no visible muscle activation on the Bellicon, but there is on the Cellerciser. I have both rebounders and the only “advantage” of Bellicon is catching air, and the health bounce is intended to get as many bounces in per minute as possible and not leaving the mat, which the Bellicon can’t measure up to when compared to Cellerciser. For anyone with balance issues, the Bellicon would be a serious risk and challenge. Bellicon offers a decent cardio workout, but Cellerciser still promotes a better cardio experience and resistance training, where Bellicon does not deliver hardly any resistance unless I want to change bungees to address resistance. My Cellerciser has yet to be oiled in 3 months I’ve had it, and if it squeaks, I would simply lubricate it, like I did once on my previous bifold that I sold to a friend. I would never put my 66 year old mom on a Bellicon knowing that her weak ankles could roll from pronating, and also because it requires more stability....even with the bar. Trying to run on a Bellicon with the recommended bungee strength is choppy, clumsy, and unnatural, which I don’t experience with the Cellerciser. The Bellicon suspends someone in the air longer and can be great fun, but I don’t consider this to be an advantage, let alone having to change bungees to adapt to the purpose of my chosen targeted workout. Portability wasn’t addressed in this comparison either, which is a huge selling point. I wouldn’t consider my Bellicon a travel-friendly companion, but I’d take my Cellerciser ANYWHERE and keep my spare in my truck at all times so I always have it available. Mom’s 15 year old 2nd hand Cellerciser is smooth as a Cadillac and she wouldn’t even let me swap it out for a newer model because it’s so perfectly broken in. You may want to consider an updated comparison video once you’ve had them both longer. Your form is much better on the Cellerciser than it is on the Bellicon (as is mine). I’m probably old enough to be your mother and have personal training and yoga teacher in my background, and even with chronic sciatic issues, I’ve never found the Cellerciser to be jarring.
Dear Jeana, I agree with you completely and am pleased that you took the time to voice your opinion. I have been rebounding and teaching classes for over 30 yrs and have only just become aware of all the reviews and so called classes on YT. I am horrified to see what in my mind is an over priced child's toy apparently be revered as the best on the market. Giving the reviewers and teachers the benefit of the doubt I would suggest that almost none of them have really grasped the essence of why steady controlled rebounding on a stable surface does incredible things to any age and condition human frame. I have decided to do something about this in the near future as I feel so strongly about the misunderstanding in general of what rebounding should really consist of and how to do it properly. Your Mother, incidently, is a very lucky lady. Hoping this finds you and yours well in these uncertain times. Best wishes, John.

Good evening John. I’m not comfortable putting my email online, but if you’re comfortable putting yours here. I’m happy to reach out to you to connect that way.
Thank you. I just purchased a bungee rebounder, then started watching David/cellerciser creator. I was worried I had purchased the incorrect one. Thank you for clearing this up. I had already been told to purchase the bungee, and this reaffirmed that I made the correct decision. I did purchase a cheaper bungee, but it’s great. As I move along on this journey, I will move to a better rebounder.
I don't get why catching air is an advantage! The cellerciser gives far more resistance than a bellicon ever will. Plus the mat will never stretch or wear down and is for life. I had pain the first two weeks because my body was tearing and rebuilding. Steel springs give you a steel body. Now I have zero pain and get intense workouts! I love my cellerciser
I’ve done research on the Bellicon. Because the range of jump is greater than the Cellersizer you get great benefits. As you are in a relaxed position when in the air, Bellicon keeps you there longer and due to the softer mat the dip is deeper so there is greater impact. That’s a basic explanation. For a steel body you just add hand weights.
@@nightlily3855 - You want a real rebounder but think you aren’t getting that with the Bellicon. I’ve had my Bellicon for 3 weeks now after using a top of the range one equal to Cellersizer for years. I can tell you, the Bellicon is the hardest one I’ve ever used. So I don’t know why you and “Say what? Sayrena” think you know what you’re talking about when you haven’t used it.
I bought Bellicon a couple of years ago (I'm 56) after spending literally HOURS researching because the Bellicon costs a fortune (for me). I ended up getting the bellicon with the recommended medium cords which were WAY too lax for me, so I had to order NEW cords, ultra strong, which cost another $80. Then I added stability bar, which brought the total cost to over $1000 for the Bellicon. But. It is AMAZING with the ultra strong cords, and quiet. I am getting freaky crazy results using it WITH HIGH INTENSITY daily. But the problem with the bellicon I have now is that I want to go outside and I can't get that one out there, so I wanted a collapsible one and ordered a cellerciser. It just came yesterday. I have to say, I'm super disappointed at the quality level compared to the bellicon. And I'm really surprised, because of all the reviews and Dave's myriad of arguments for it's superiority. Also the cellerciser is VERY heavy, which surprised me because he makes it look light the way he unfolds and folds it up. But I will keep it because I want one to take outside and to travel with. I ordered the 3 in 1 oil and will put that on the very noisy springs as soon as I get it. I have to say though, I did feel jarring through my whole body when I jumped on it yesterday, and am slightly concerned it's going to cause problems. I'm gonna use it at least 4 times/week and see what happens after a few weeks. This guy's review is straight up. I'm sorry! I really really wish this weren't true! I wish Bellicon made bi-fold units, and that they weren't so expensive. Gonna say, Bellicon truly deserves the reputation it has. Wish they would lower their price though.
I wanted the ultrastrong cords so that I could do more fitness rebounding. I had ordered the strong but the bounce is still too slow and deep to bounce quickly, which is best for a cardio/fitness focused workout. The other cords are super for lymph movement. I ordered strong because that was recommended at my weight category for fitness bouncing but found that it was still too bouncy, and Bellicon ambassador and fitness instructor Arnita Beauchamp recommends the ultrastrong for fitness rebounding.
@@Coffeeismyhappyplace I didn't know about the jumpsport then, but I have recommended that to my clients, better price, virtually same bounce as bellicon as far as I can tell!
Thanks for this review. I have a spring rebounder and I have noticed some lower back pain on the spring rebounder. I hadn't had any low back pain for years before I started on the spring rebounder. I ordered a bellicon before I saw your review, and the bellicon will be delivered today! I paid $650 for the bellicon.
Metal springs are stiffer and are superior to bungee for lymph drainage. You need to build up muscles, ligaments etc to deal with the G force of springs and over time its worth it. OMG … no way could I ever deal with that noise!!!! Yikes. I have a JumpSport and love it. I have heard too many people tell me how painful the spring rebounders are regardless of the brand or price point. I hear a lot of claims from a certain brand stating the only way to stimulate the lymphatic system with the health bounce is with a spring rebounder. That’s not even true. I have been just doing the health bounce 3x5 minutes for three weeks. I have ankle joint pain and inflammation. The pain was gone within two days and the inflammation is minimal. If bungees weren’t efficient for the health bounce - no way would I have had such fast results. Thank you so much for this review. It is spot on - the Bellicon is far superior to the Cellerciser. The spring rebounder would have made me not want to rebound.
Thank you for the video review, I wish I had seen it first, but didn’t see your video until now although I watched a BUNCH of videos trying to figure out which to get! I wanted to be ABSOLUTELY sure because they are not cheap! I ended up ordering the Bellicon after much research, it should arrive in about a week, and I am so EXCITED !! I have been using a spring model I got from my mother in law and it seems to jar my spine and neck some, the reviews on the Bellicon was that it is non jarring and smooth with more bounce and it sold me on it!
I’ve been doing the rounds researching the difference between these two also. As you said, there’s not much out there that gives a decent review. Even Bellicon made a comparison video and it wasn’t enough to satisfy me. Bellicon was always the standout for me but I needed the conformation. God bless you, my search is over. I’m going to buy one in the morning.
More variables than you are portraying. If you are 235 even the ultra strong bungees on the Bellicon felt unstable to me. I literally sold my premium Bellicon and bought the Cellerciser.
@@lilypagan4019 - Do you work for Leaps and Bounds? You have to stop lying and saying it’s as good as Bellicon because it isn’t. I’ve done the reasearch.
Dave Hall looks amazing, hes like 60, and still doing the cellerciser takes it with him, the same one for years. if im going to spend this kind of money for a rebounder. I want to have it for years, just saying..
Thank you for this review. I’m at the decision point now of Cellerciser or 7:12 Bellicon. As I’ve broken 14 bones in my body, including my L1 and tailbone, I need to avoid something that causes more pain there. Looks like Bellicon will get my order.
This was so helpful for me. I do something called the Tracy Anderson Method. I find that dancing on home floors is too much for my body. I am getting ready to bag my gym membership because its too cumbersome to find proper space. So this could be a great alternative. Thank you. I was looking at both. The sound alone makes it a no brainer.
This guy is trying to sell you the Bellicon with an affiliate program on the description and pinned note, which should be a huge red flag since the review is obviously not bias but he has a financial incentive to pick one. I've owned both and have to go with the cellerciser since it gives you a much better workout. When I first started out with the cellerciser I could hardly last two minutes on it, while the Bellicon which I had used many years before I would just jump until I was bored from the start. while you'll sweat on Bellicon more, it doesn't give the muscles the workout for the the cellerciser does. Also the celleciser makes your face muscles hurt if you get up to ten minutes plus and seems to make your face look better (tighter skin, more defined jawline), the Bellicon didn't give me this sensation. That alone makes me pick the cellerciser since there isn't many other ways you can work out your face muscles (specially without making time consuming isolated movements). The older models of the cellerciser are alot nosier than the newer ones. I haven't oiled mine (newer version) and use it once to three times a day while listening to audiobooks or watching some video without a problem. It makes a slight noise but honestly I don't even notice it unless I'm paying attention.
@@patrickrutherford5553 if you do strength training use it between sets even if just doing the "babe bounce." Pavel Tsatsouline doesn't talk about rebounders as far as I know, but he has a concept called "active rest" where you do a light cardio or stretching between sets which removes the lactic acid which destroys muscles if left for too long. I read a study where the rebounder used in this way increased muscle mass due to the lactic acid removal and better blood flow to the muscles.
THIS WAS NOT A COMPARISON. I thought this was an objective fact check. I’m still researching. This was a waste of my time. Maybe, this guy is getting paid for his opinion for Bellicon.
Your review was great and well balanced. I live in a condo so noise might be a concern transferring to the floor with the Cellerciser. Also the benefits of the so called unique springs used in the Cellerciser seemed to be overhyped. That said, the springs will most likely last longer but that wasn’t my sole criteria in a purchase decision. I ended up getting a JumpSport 350 Pro ($369) which is a lower price point than the Bellicon but still appears to be a quality unit.
I have the jumpsport and cellerciser and love them both. I love the trifold and it’s case. It’s pretty heavy though but had wheels. My jumpsport is a bifold and definitely difficult to travel with. That said I love the feel of the bounce on the jumpsport.
I had a jump sport and that rebounder does not get anywhere near the number of bounces the cellerciser gets and does not do anything close as far as results. I look at the jump sport as a trampoline and the cellerciser as a true rebounder.
ahahah This is shaman clowning at its best and most subtle! The shift in rhythm is hilarious. & Thankyou I've been wanting to know more about lymph trampolines ^^
I think both are too expensive. I bought an Urban Rebounder for $89 about 15 years ago. It included a foldable rebounder, a bar, and basic exercise program CDs. It’s now $99. I love jumping on it, and they were the ones used in health clubs at the time. Don’t know if they still are.
No, the Leaps and Bounds is not just as good as the Bellicon. It’s good but not in the same league. The technology of Bellicon’s bungee cords are patented, meaning their cords cannot be copied by others. Don’t think because these two rebounders have bungee cords that they are the same. They are not. Look into Bellicon bungee cords technology on their website and you’ll see for yourself.
Wait until he’s used the bellicon for a couple of months. They will become noisy and will need replacing soon after. The springs need simply be oiled every year or two to remain silent.
You are wrong, kind of. Spring rebounders are SUPERIOR for lymphatic drainage, the simple and essential health bounce. The Bellicon is better for aerobics and fitness moves. Thats a fact, its exactly the relative 'harshness' of the metal spring that gives the G force rebound to move lymph, much much more than bungee cord. You must use proper form on springs and build up slowly but its superior for lymph drainage. If you want both lymph and rebound gymnastics, buy a metal sprung AND a bungee cord one. After much research, I bought a 2nd hand ReboundAir because its metal springs, rails, solid and foldable. Metal vs Bungee - they are both superior for different needs. Buy your older parents a metal spring one with safety rail and get them to only do a gentle daily lymph bounce and that should keep them healthy and safe.
I'm still researching, but concerned about a blog I just now scanned called "why bellicon blows" and a "rip off report" where someone reports that she has to replace the bungees twice a year. I'm just now discovering the cellerciser, but yours is the first review saying anything bad about it. I'm wondering why there aren't a lot more positive reviews on the bellicon. Or even older ones, given that its been around for a lot of years.
You can find great follow along youtube workouts from people that have rebounders . And thanks I have a BCAN 70 dollars and a 400 dollar fit bounce pro 2 ( very highly recommended -Bungee) I'm looking if there's somehow a superior machine out there . My bands wore out after a couple months and I don't like that for 49 dollars 6 times a year . But quality of mat and stability and design excellent I'd recommend anyone that can't afford 600 to over 1000(tax and shipping included for bellicon get this his prices for bellicon were off some but good vidoe good comparison
I’ve had the seller size for two years haven’t had to use it vigorously lost my weight gain the muscles no back problems and I have a four pack. My opinion you’re probably using it wrong LOL. So I stopped watching once I started To watch how you do your exercise. In my opinion you’re doing your exercise wrong
Do you think the cellerciser is better for lymphatic drainage? I read some site that compared the bellicon and cellerciser and said the harder bounce on the cellerciser is better for lymphatic drainage? Also, do your feet pronate outwards more on the bellicon because its softer?
What about the difference tween the 39" and 44" bellicon? Is the 39" just as good if you don't care about doing any elaborate exercise on it, and primarily just want the lymph and circulatory system benefits? Also wondering if the smaller size (39") would be inclined to wear out the bungees quicker or less so than the larger size(s).
What is the difference between the Bellicon “classic family” and “go family”?I’m thinking about buying a Bellicon rebounder but I’m not sure which one to go for.
I don't doubt that the volume of noise is accurate. Can always lube to reduce it. More important to me is the feel of them which is a personal choice I'm sure they're both very effective. No way I would take that one over the Bellicon based on feel
Just add a drop of oil to each spring and no more noise. New bungees will be pretty quiet but once they’re broken in they will be very noisy and soon need to be replaced.
After a year of use of the Cellerciser I can’t make a simple work out without touching the floor… their costumer service told me I am jumping to high😂 even though I sent them a video.. I am sorry to say but the Cellerciser it’s like an info commercial product, looks good but in practice is rubbish quality
LOL the owner inventor said it was noiseless so he must have oiled it before the take...hahaha He also said jumping high did NOTHING no kind of work out..he also bottomed out on the Bellicon..which is why they have the legs so high...do you bottom out on it? He said the cone effect you get on mini tramps gives you ankle and other issues..what do you say? I just cancelled my Bellicon order because the conned me
Karen, I did a side by side of Cellerciser vs JS 550f for a week (no videos). I also did a comparison of Cellerciser vs Bellicon (several videos posted in the Cellerciser community rebounding groups on Facebook). If Cellerciser never existed, JS would be the only rebounder choice for me. Their warranty is generous, and the adjustability of the bungees is a pain if wanting to experience different bouncing for different types of workouts, but at least the ability is there and you don’t need different bungees all together. Using Bellicon at the recommended strength to do everything I did my Cellerciser was a terrible experience. You have made the best bungee choice in having a JumpSport, and you’re not missing anything by not shelling out hundreds more on a Bellicon. I sold my Bellicon because it didn’t live up to anything but feeling like an overpriced indoor trampoline for kids. It was “fun”, but didn’t measure up to my workout and fitness expectations.
Wow there is a significant difference in the bounce! The first trampoline is like a hoopty that you have to pump the brakes like 3 times to 🛑 stop! 🤣 the bellicon is a G-wagon Mercedes!
One needs fact-based evidence and unbiased experience based on one's own research and homework -- not emotionalism or feelings. The rubber bands become noisy with a shellac effect of friction as the synthetic material becomes heated . . . also these bands fray and eventually makes the material fly into the air to pollute your lungs . . . see fact-filled videos which show this. Also after use, these bands start to stretch. I would simply suggest you decide for yourself and not upon opinions of people who may or may not be paid for their loyalty. THINK FOR YOURSELF! It is still BUYER PREPARE AND BEWARE! Half-truths and having a media outlet to voice your opinions as if they were truth -- DOES NOT MAKE IT SO!
Such crap. The Cellerciser is the best I’ve found. Use 3 in 1 oil only on springs and you rarely have to put it on. Learn “what” to do on it and you won’t hurt
Unless you try both of you really don't know, though I entirely agree that with some of the sound will be an issue. Both of them will give a great workout it just comes down to the field; for me there's no comparison I'll take the bell
Josh make another video about the water. Many information out there about filters and with water to consume. So confuse . Thanks for all ur information
try distilled water, thats the water that is used on machines to keep it running good, the other waters like mineral water breaks the machines. our body is a machine so sounds good to me, also distilled water is 0 parts per million, just H20 like water should be.

Seems like you haven't tried a bell with the right cords. Unless you've tried both with the right options, you're talking out your ass. I'll take the bells feel any day
Trav, you’re much better off with a JumpSport with adjustable bungees (350 model or higher) than a Bellicon, if you’re set on a bungee rebounder. If you’re not set on it, please consider a Cellerciser. This side by side comparison really only demonstrates Bellicon allowing him to catch more air, and the Cellerciser can be easily oiled once a year or so to address squeaking. This comparison didn’t address much at all, and you can see muscle activation on the Cellerciser and not on the Bellicon. His form is much better on the Cellerciser than on the Bellicon also.
You don't need to jump high to get benefits and the fact that you haven't used the bellicon very long its really not a true comparison. The bellicon is too soft and you will never get the same workout from it like you can the cellerciser. Oh wow it makes no noise...must be a better rebounder lol. More expensive products are not always the best ones. Plus you are condescending and that's nasty.
this guy is not doing an unbiased review because he has no idea what he is talking about. The cellerciser is the better rebounder for less money. I have tried them both. No comparison, especially when you factor in the outrageous price of the band operated rebounder. Remember those bands do stretch, and they do need to be replaced and they can also get noisy except they can not be quieted down with a little oil.

For anyone serious, it's probably worth trying both. Bellicon all the way for me for strong workouts n more phun
Exactly!!
The Cellerciser is virtually noiseless if oiled about twice a year.. Yes the bungees are supposed to be replaced every 18-24 months.
Thanks for your opinion.
John, your perspective and input are spot on and highly valued. Please keep me posted on what you’re plans are in the rebounding community.

Exactly! I want a rebounder for real exercise not just bouncing around and going high. I ordered a Cellerciser.
It's not clear to me that there's more resistance just because it's a harder less enjoyable bounce
I can feel the impact on my spine and joints just by watching the cellerciser. Ouch.
just an ad for bellicon
You can tell his body language
Love the Cellerciser. It builds muscle! Dave Hall- for all the moves on RUclips.
I bit the bullet and bought a Bellicon. Thanks for the video.
Why didn’t u get the Leaps & Rebounder. Or Jump sport. No one should use the springs.
How much did u weigh that the cords were Way to lax. I’m 176. I ordered the strong. Not medium
JumpSport has a foldable rebounder in the Pro series. I love my JS. Plus you can adjust the tension.
I just ordered the Bellicon Go for $499! You have to assemble it yourself but the savings is worth it. Thanks for the review!
Is anyone else worried that he is going to fly over the planter and fly off the deck?
Thanks for this review. I have a spring rebounder and I have noticed some lower back pain on the spring rebounder. I hadn't had any low back pain for years before I started on the spring rebounder. I ordered a bellicon before I saw your review, and the bellicon will be delivered today! I paid $650 for the bellicon.
I'm going to try a Bellicon, just seems a lot better… What do you think so far?
Metal springs are stiffer and are superior to bungee for lymph drainage. You need to build up muscles, ligaments etc to deal with the G force of springs and over time its worth it. Bellicon is a 'con' in marketing bungees are 'superior'. I will agree that initially they are much 'easier' but thats also their downfall as they really don't compare to the G force generated on the metal spring types.
I personally use a Bosu ball. It’s quiet and has plenty of bounce.
Yeah! Best review of rebounders yet!
so glad i found this. the cellerciser is so noisy

How is it so far? I'm about to order one I don't have any doubt it's better
Too expensive and you can’t really do the exercises as instructed. Cellerciser seems to be the better way to go.

More variables than you are portraying. If you are 235 even the ultra strong bungees on the Bellicon felt unstable to me. I literally sold my premium Bellicon and bought the Cellerciser.

same one for years. if im going to spend this kind of money for a rebounder.
I became an affiliate for bellicon weeks after posting this video.

The intro made me chuckle keep up the good work bro 💕
Thank you so much! I just received my bellicon, good to know i made a right choice!
THIS WAS NOT A COMPARISON.
I thought this was an objective fact check. I’m still researching. This was a waste of my time. Maybe, this guy is getting paid for his opinion for Bellicon.
Wish I found earlier! Thank you
I have been trying to figure out which one to buy. I have injuries. Thanks for researching and posting.
Interesting that your muscles are flexing so much more on cellerciser, you look softer on bellicon. Looks like a better workout on the springs.
There are muscle building workouts you can do on the Bellicon. There’s plenty videos on RUclips.
The Cellerciser IS better. Trust me. The bungees also ‘wear’ and put microscopic particles in the air for you to breathe in.
Plus the bungees make a noise as they start wearing out.
ahahah This is shaman clowning at its best and most subtle! The shift in rhythm is hilarious. & Thankyou I've been wanting to know more about lymph trampolines ^^
Have you hit the floor on that bellicon? I've seen people on that unit and one hit the floor and the other almost hit it.
You can choose different 5 or 6 level of bungee strength on bellicon.
Thank you this was sooooo helpful!
I take the Cellerciser off your hands for you.

Thank you soooooo much. You saved me so much time.
Price on the other is outrageous
Look into the LEAPS & REBOUNDS the price range starts at $200. It's just as good as the Bellicon! :)

ruclips.net/video/-rMBKuIHVhk/видео.html
No, the Leaps and Bounds is not just as good as the Bellicon. It’s good but not in the same league. The technology of Bellicon’s bungee cords are patented, meaning their cords cannot be copied by others. Don’t think because these two rebounders have bungee cords that they are the same. They are not. Look into Bellicon bungee cords technology on their website and you’ll see for yourself.
What a major difference 👏
Too bad you’re not bouncing. You’re using the cellerciser wrong. It does not sound like that. It’s not a trampoline. Maybe research how to use it.
I way prefer the cellerciser.
Would jumping rope also help
Did you ever do research on how the cellerciser works?
I love my cellerciser!! It’s the best and bellicon is dangerous

Josh, which strength Bungie do you have on your Bellicon? I know they typically go by weight but I was thinking of getting a higher strength.
medium I think
Where do I get a machine
I'm still researching, but concerned about a blog I just now scanned called "why bellicon blows" and a "rip off report" where someone reports that she has to replace the bungees twice a year. I'm just now discovering the cellerciser, but yours is the first review saying anything bad about it. I'm wondering why there aren't a lot more positive reviews on the bellicon. Or even older ones, given that its been around for a lot of years.
Bungees do have to be replaced often depending on usage. And they become noisy.
how many inches is the bellicon you are jumping on?
You can find great follow along youtube workouts from people that have rebounders . And thanks I have a BCAN 70 dollars and a 400 dollar fit bounce pro 2 ( very highly recommended -Bungee) I'm looking if there's somehow a superior machine out there . My bands wore out after a couple months and I don't like that for 49 dollars 6 times a year . But quality of mat and stability and design excellent I'd recommend anyone that can't afford 600 to over 1000(tax and shipping included for bellicon get this his prices for bellicon were off some but good vidoe good comparison

So I stopped watching once I started To watch how you do your exercise. In my opinion you’re doing your exercise wrong
And the bungee strenght on yours. Strong, Extreme strong? And possible to know how Much you weight?
Do you think the cellerciser is better for lymphatic drainage? I read some site that compared the bellicon and cellerciser and said the harder bounce on the cellerciser is better for lymphatic drainage? Also, do your feet pronate outwards more on the bellicon because its softer?
ruclips.net/video/FR6-hQdw4LQ/видео.html
The health bounce is far superior on a Cellerciser than a Bellicon....same with running. Resistance probes better results for training.
Dam so expensive. I bought one that looks like cellulizer at Dick's sporting goods for 50 bucks
Totally agree! Thank you :)
How long have you been using the Bellicon?
What is the difference between the Bellicon “classic family” and “go family”?I’m thinking about buying a Bellicon rebounder but I’m not sure which one to go for.

I’m curious, what strength are your bungees? Thanks!
My cellerciser rocks ! You are wrong and they don’t make the noise that your cell your size is making
ruclips.net/video/-rMBKuIHVhk/видео.html
How can he be wrong if his Cellerciser is clearly making noise?
I don't doubt that the volume of noise is accurate. Can always lube to reduce it. More important to me is the feel of them which is a personal choice I'm sure they're both very effective. No way I would take that one over the Bellicon based on feel
Just add a drop of oil to each spring and no more noise. New bungees will be pretty quiet but once they’re broken in they will be very noisy and soon need to be replaced.
Also, I looked at the Bellacon and it is good for having fun or work out but I will tell you the bungees stretch out.
After a year of use of the Cellerciser I can’t make a simple work out without touching the floor… their costumer service told me I am jumping to high😂 even though I sent them a video.. I am sorry to say but the Cellerciser it’s like an info commercial product, looks good but in practice is rubbish quality
Steel spring rebounders hurt my tendons.

Hi Im waiting for your si joint video

Seems like you haven't tried a bell with the right cords. Unless you've tried both with the right options, you're talking out your ass. I'll take the bells feel any day
What about skipping?

What about the "JumpSport 220 Fitness Rebounder"? I can't order Bellicon in Australia from what I see.
I'm in Australia, yes you can, I have one. reboundforlife.com.au

9:02 - "Always land on your heels." I've heard it's better to land on the balls of the feet. Which is it? 🤔
posture wise balls makes more sense
I love psylium !! Tanks
